Look at "Newsweek's" story on Rogan/RFK. They can't spit out high enough in the article that RFK is one of four "independents". Actually he's one of two independents. And by far the major one in the polls for a long time. Proving what Tucker Carlson has said: no presidential candidate in modern American history has been more hated by the media than RFK".
"Kennedy is running as one of four independent candidates in the 2024 election. The others are Cornel West, Jill Stein and Chase Oliver who are contesting the presidency against Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump and presumptive Democratic nominee and Vice President Kamala Harris."
I thought West and Stein were only in the primary? they are both in the general? I didn't think that was possible. Oliver is the Libertarian candidate, right?
holy crap, the shit that passes for 'journalism' these days... I mean, come on! the most basic facts? a high school newspaper (is there even such a thing anymore?) could do better.
No, they're in the general. I guarantee you when Ross Perot ran in 1992 that they didn't list every single candidate who might've made some or all of the states ballots. Everybody knew that the focus was on Ross.
I would love to see a comparison between Kennedy, Biden/Harris & Trump, listing the number of public speaking appearances, in person or on air, (not party-only events) each has made in the last, say, four months
My daughter is 23 years old with autism, PANS and a whole host of medical issues. We live in Illinois. I can’t get a hospital to accept her for severe behavioral issues and a medication wash. We are drowning!!!
I am 53 years old with MS and other medical issues I can’t get support for because I have NO help.
My daughter is a “poster child” for the lack of medical and mental health support. I am willing to share far and wide our experience s.
We are an example of why we need Mr. Kennedy in office. This is happening all over the country. Families are crumbling at a very fast rate. Children and young adults are swept under the rug, ignored and parents ridiculed for seeking crisis support.
please look into integrative, holistic biomedical treatments for autism (if you haven't already). autism IS medical and mainstream allopathic doctors will do nothing but drug your daughter's symptoms with psych meds, which will just bring an entire other list of negative issues (sounds like you already know this.) you were luck to get a PANS dx; most allopathic doctors deny its even a 'thing'. ugh. we avoid them like the plague that they are!
my heart breaks every time I hear of a family like yours. 'but for the grace of God and karma' would be MY family too if I didn't have the extreme good fortune to meet an up & coming (now highly sought-after,) biomedical treatment mentor and get my son in to see an internationally known integrative internist. (100% out of pocket, of course!)
I'm next door, in Indiana and I know that Illinois SUCKS for resources for our kids. :( My son just turned 20, verbal but not conversational. he also has classic (chronic strep) PANDAS (under control, thank god,) and immune dysfunction. My son is stable because I have spent the past 15 yrs working on his medical issues (believe me, its been one step forward, two steps back but all in all, very positive.) our kids would not HAVE mental health issues if their medical ones were treated properly.
I will support & follow Mr Kennedy to hell and back, because he has stuck his neck out for US (the autism community) for the better part of a decade, with no skin in the game.
Thank you! We have seen 4 integrative Doctors over the years . All out of pocket. All saying the same thing, long story but mostly inflammation. I couldn't continue “out of pocket” but they had a clue.
It’s pathetic that some doctors understand but some don’t. As you know it’s the lack of training and care from the mainstream, “go along to get along”. The science is there….they either haven’t been taught or don’t care. I listened to a webinar the other day and the doctor talked about how Pandas/Pans has been acknowledged since I think the 1920’s but back then it was the chorea and how children were given lobotomies and placed in institutions. Then when Dr. Swedo made awareness in the 1990’s it became still now controversial. I met her at the NIH at the elevator one day. My daughter was in the undiagnosed diseases program.
my son (and MANY others!) are proof positive that you don't need a fortune to help your child/adult with ASD and related disorders. are loads of disposable income helpful? sure. but imho, its the quality of the ADVICE and your own determination to dig in and work WITH a mentor (who's not necessarily an MD). You know your child best, see them every day, know their ups, down... with some basic background, labs, history, a mentor can point you in the right direction. certainly can't hand them over and just say, "here, fix him/her". sadly its been left to US, (MOMS!) to pursue our own science and apply it individually.
just sayin'... that's what's worked for many of us :)
chronic inflammation is a bitch! gotta break the cycle to get it under control. (I could talk about specifics but this is too diverse a group to put on this thread. we have private groups for that)
chiming it to tell of my experience today... I took my developmentally disabled son to the Indiana Dunes State Park. wore my KENNEDY 24 t-shirt (a thoughtful Mother's Day gift from my older son :) )
we went into the gift shop. the cashier (middle aged woman, probably a volunteer,) asked me what the significance of '24' was. (Seriously?)
I was like, 'uh, the YEAR. THIS year. election...??'.
'Oh,' she replied, I was thinking that JFK was a long time ago...' (WTF?) I said, 'RFK jr. running for president'. She went on to say, 'oh that's right. he's on the ballot in Indiana'. me: 'yeah, I know. I collected petition signatures for him'. she merely replied, 'oh cool'.
it was kinda bizarre. like JFK is the ONLY 'Kennedy' in this woman's mind?? she KNOWS RFK jr is on our ballot but thinks my shirt refers to JFK... sheesh.
I run into this a lot. Sometimes my hope is that the bad press will struggle to get through the lack of general awareness. Either way, the name recognition will be our friend I think.

thanks for answering. (I genuinely did not know)
I would not have thought that either had the resources to gather petitions, etc. neither made the primary ballot in Indiana; Biden ran unopposed. :(

you don't need an MD to implement an individualized healing program. its DYI, with appropriate advice and learning.

agree. fingers crossed. ;)
I don’t understand. Florida is pink on the map, but I thought he was already on the ballot there as Reform Party nominee.
Good news!
Can you provide a link directly to the RFK Jr. ballot access map?
