Please - all of you. Stop yourselves. Just because he won’t give you your desired response right now (as if there is an easy one) on the Israel/Gaza situation don’t try to insert your doubt that RFK is not a wonderfully viable candidate for president. He is & I for one am grateful & optimistic!!

There is a very easy response: don’t make Americans pay taxes to the Israeli government.

"Americans feel that RFK Jr. is telling them the truth. Could it be that after everything the nation has been through, Americans simply want the truth?"

. . .

Except for Palestine? Since May, when RFK backtracked on his praise for Roger Walters, his stance on Israel-Palestine has appeared to lack the nuance and open-mindedness RFK has displayed on all other important issues. In August, RFK promised Jimmy Dore he would debate/talk with Max Blumenthal. So far, RFK hasn't (just like Peter Hotez has ducked debating RFK on vaccines).

Last week, shortly after it was posted, the "Kennedy Beacon" deleted Jeffery Sachs's article "Israel’s Chance to Turn Carnage into Peace" -- Friends do not let friends commit crimes against humanity. Censoring content you don't like? RFK himself has long been censored on vaccine issues, etc. The Beacon and RFK should be better than that!

Last night (11/8/23 “RFK Jr. Pushes WORLD WAR III Over OIL!” @12:40), Jimmy Dore discussed RFK's Nov 3rd tweet where he thanked Jeffery Sach's for writing: “'By coming out for urgent diplomacy and peace in Israel and Ukraine, RFK, Jr will do the right thing and win the election, hands down.' Thanks Jeff!"

RFK tweets out that praise, but shortly after he, his campaign staff, and/or the "Kennedy Beacon" censored Sach's article calling for peace! Really? WTF!

I wasn’t aware the Kennedy Beacon deleted Sach’s article. If that is true, it’s disgraceful.

Sach's article "Israel’s Chance to Turn Carnage into Peace" was also published on the "Common Dreams" website.

I think Jeffrey Sach's most important point in this article is that the main goal of Hamas was to goad Israel into war crimes, thereby turning them into a permanent pariah worldwide and ending the rapprochement that was taking place with many Arab states.

Some truth to that. Personally, I think Hamas was "rolling the dice" to change the status quo (without regard to the loss of civilian life from Israel's response). However, I think Sach's most important point is found in his concluding paragraph:

"If Israel swallows Netanyahu’s poison* that “this is a time for war,” Israel will isolate itself from the rest of the world and pay a devastating price. ... Israel’s friends, starting with the U.S., must help it choose diplomacy over war. Friends do not let friends commit crimes against humanity, much less provide them with the finances and arms to do so."

*During his televised announcement of the Gaza ground invasion Netanyahu said, "You must remember what Amalek has done to you, says our Holy Bible"; referring to Samuel 15:3, literally "going Biblical" on Gaza: https://twitter.com/mtracey/status/1718360354764238929

BTW, on October 9th, the day RFK announced his independent bid, Jeffery Sach's essay, "Three Cheers for RFK Jr.’s Candidacy" was published in "The Kennedy Beacon."

Oof. That’s gross. That link is indeed found with Google.

Really. I can only imagine that if the Kennedy beacon is deleting such articles RFk has no interest in listening or seriously investigating any perspective that doesn’t reflect the belligerent submissive support of the Israeli government’s behavior. That’s actually quite frightening. He is either just another hollow politician or nutty fanatic. Sadly, if he is just another hollow politicians, he is making a political mistake. He deeply underestimates how destructive this is going to be to his chance of winning.

The one thing Mr. Kennedy has to deal with is ambiguity over Israel and Gaza. Here's a clip from the Jimmy Dore show that I would ask him to speak to.

Dear Bobby. Don't you know that your words, "...I will end the division of the American public by telling them the truth", is beginning to sound hollow. I believe in your sincere wish to make these words true, but you must take action on the issue of the Palestine/Israel war. You must be 'straight' with us on where you stand and be willing to let us make up our minds. Of course this is a big issue. Humanity does not realize that we cannot afford war anymore--for so many different reasons. Your pledge to unite us and your refusal to be drawn into any arguments that ask you to take sides has been the most inspiring part of your campaign. Don't let your insistence on Israel's right to go to war with Hamas derail this higher intention. You are absolutely capable of and have the right to re-think your position. I know it has cost you in many ways but it must be your integrity that calls you to a higher place. You are that person.

I think at this point, RFK has largely been abandoned by former Trump supporters who were flirting with his candidacy. That seems pretty clear if you read the vitriolic attacks on him in the comments of publications like zero hedge and the national review. Yet, his share of the electorate supporting him has increased dramatically in the same period of time. That support largely comes from self-declared independents and younger people. Both of those groups in general prefer a more tempered position on the Israel Palestine matter. On one hand, it probably serves his interest to say as little as possible right now, because these new demographics that are flocking to him in droves are probably vague on anything he hasn't said in a couple of weeks or not explicitly stated on his website. I think all he has to do is advocate for a cease-fire while still strongly supporting Israel. Even a deep state criminal like Dick Durbin was able to do that.

The PBS interviewer was shockingly hostile toward Kennedy, - her tone of voice, her body language, her words - but he responded with grace and self-assurance. However, his stance on Israel has been extremely unsettling because it contradicts the clearly-stated principles that have inspired his growing numbers of supporters. I was bewildered when Jeffrey Sachs' discerning article vanished from The Kennedy Beacon and am grateful that others have referred to it. I noticed that it drew some highly questionable comments. Could that be the reason it disappeared from this first-rate publication?

Two nights ago, Tuesday, November 6, I attended RFK, Jr.’s “Meet and Greet” in Annapolis, Maryland, along with about 700 other supporters, including my son and daughter-in-law. It was an outstanding program with lots of enthusiasm and a great speech from Mr. Kennedy.

Along with familiar material on the terrible corporate takeover of the US and the ongoing impoverishment of the middle class, especially young people, Mr. Kennedy explained the links between growing homelessness and the inflation of housing prices due to the predatory activities of BlackRock/Blackstone buying up every available home. He also cited the Federal Reserve as responsible for funneling vast amounts of money into the hands of the billionaire class.

He further emphasized his opposition to the US proxy war against Russia in Ukraine and how the billions of dollars being spent on war mainly benefit the big hedge funds like BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard. One thing that really came home to me was how Mr. Kennedy’s decades of experience litigating against US corporations and federal regulatory agencies have given him much stronger qualifications for the presidency than the typical politicians who have spent their careers bellying up to the donor feeding trough.

The organizers explained that they want Maryland to become the first state to collect enough signatures to get Mr. Kennedy on the ballot. He said he was currently polling at 22% in a three-way race with Biden and Trump and that if he got to 34% over the next year he could win. I have been thinking lately of the election of 1860, where Lincoln, the underdog, was opposed by three other candidates who split the opposition votes such that Lincoln won the electoral college with only 38% of the popular vote.

I went away Tuesday night certain that Kennedy could win. But it will take a tremendous effort by his supporters—us—to pull it off. It will take money, campaign support, and lobbying for fair elections. Believe me, “they” will do everything they can to deny the peoples’ voice. They will lie, cheat, and steal and worse. The fact that Biden continues to deny Mr. Kennedy Secret Service protection shows the essential criminality of the Biden administration.

I am also concerned that “they” are going to come up with another “plandemic” to keep people at home and maximize the use of absentee ballots which are so easy to fake. So we also need to support people like Dr. Meryl Nass who are working to stop the coming lockdowns once our sovereignty is ceded to the WHO, Bill Gates, and the WEF. These are the people Mr. Kennedy called out in his book The Real Anthony Fauci. So we all have a big job ahead of us but should not shirk our duty. Take a look at my own new book https://www.claritypress.com/product/our-country-then-and-now/

US should not support a genocide and Israel’s “Final solution”.

US can stop it within one second - by threatening to withdraw all financial and military support.

One secular state without apartheid or two states with East Jerusalem as capital for Palestine -- the solution US and Israel sabotaged for decades while stealing land and expanding settlements.

It's actually unclear to me what the majority of Kennedy supporters think about the Israel Palestine issue. I've been speculating about it, but I really don't know. It's clear what the people who participate in the Kennedy Beacon comments feel about it in general. However, there's not that much participation here. Who is to say that we are representative? Just to be clear, I support him without reservation even if he does not step up on this issue. He is so far and away the better candidate on every other issue that it would be ludicrous to choose otherwise or sit it out. Cornel West is basically a communist regardless of his position on Israel, so he's off the table for me. Kennedy has a real chance, and we just need to trust that when push comes to shove, he will do the right thing.

Kennedy needs to win a majority of electoral college votes, it isn’t enough to win the most. If no candidate wins a majority, it will go to the house, and the house will likely not vote for Kennedy. While Kennedy ignores Israel / Palestine and supports the establishment position on Israel, Kennedy will not be able to win a majority. Right now he comes across as an eccentric hypocrite. He has a lot of independent support, but there are still quite a lot who, because of his alignment with the establishment on Israel/Palestine, will view him as just another establishment candidate who will potentially just draw votes away from the lesser of two evil candidates that are still most likely to get the most votes.

Kennedy is choosing not to be a leader, and rather is letting establishment useful idiots guide his perspective on Israel. He’s afraid of the Israel lobby, of being branded an anti semite, as he already has been for foolish, albeit benign, comments that were weaponized against him. There is no way to criticize Israel without the establishment declaring the person anti semite, just like a person can’t criticize BLM without being declared a racist by Democrats. If Kennedy is truly the anti establishment candidate he preaches to be, and not just a phony, he is going to have to face being labeled an anti semite by both Democrats and Republicans. Pax Americana is non-partisan.
