On 1 January 2024. a group of 231 service members and veterans ignited a new spark of liberty through a Declaration of Military Accountability. While implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, military leaders broke the law, trampled constitutional rights, denied informed consent, permitted unwilling medical experimentation, and suppressed the free exercise of religion.

The current Trump Administration is correcting the previous authorizations.

All heroes!

My current impression is that the movement is encouraging grade determinations for retired officials and reductions in rank for those still serving who violated the law and our troops health rights.

Since that could impact almost every command official in the armed forces and those that retired across 30 years, for both anthrax and COVID mandates, I think it would be prudent to identify particularly vindictive leaders who aggressively, arbitrarily, and capriciously broke the law and harshly punished troops in imposing the illegal mandates.

Why don’t they eliminate all vaccine mandates for military service? Why should someone have to be poisoned to serve our country?

I believe that course of action would result in an overall more healthy military.

I personally stopped getting flu shots in 2015 when I retired. Other than covid, I have never been sick since, versus biannual severe illnesses while serving.

My wife will attest to the fact that I became much more healthy after I retired from the military and stopped taking mandatory immunizations.

It's anecdotal, but I have had many other military retirees observe the same improvement in their overall health after stopping mandatory immunizations.

They should do a study on that phenomenon.

This is all excellent about the military. It really is. However - what about all the civilians who were fired/forced to quit their civilian jobs?

Valid. 21 USC 360bbb-3 guarantees the right to accept or refuse EUA unapproved medical products for civilians too. The government violated that law with all mandates. This piece is focused on the military, but I proposed a policy which includes all civilians as well:

Happy to hear this update, and we all suspect President Trump will back up both Secretaries. America is finally getting some introspection, here.

At last the soldiers are getting reprieve for the unlawful mandates. Thank you Secretary Hegseth and President Trump!

I wonder why anyone would fight for a system that does this to them? Alot need to change and people must be punished for these crimes in a manner that prevents people from doing it all over again later.

Concur. My focus is corrections for both the military and civilians to the point where military and government officials never ever do it again because the price was SO high and the embarrassment and shame SO severe. That said, someone in a position of authority should should hold military and government officials accountable for their willful violations of military and civilian laws.
