It is indeed a sad commentary on any country when their incumbent leader running for re-election will not debate the issues with other candidates .This is the major problem plaguing the country and causing chaos in the world now : the lack of open and honest discussion of issues which affect not only the USA but every square inch of this planet. The pathetic fearfulness of America's leaders is shameful.
Happy day-off and day-before-the-first-day-of-school for many. Very good that you're worried about unaffordable houses and too-high rents. But be careful on the idea for Uncle Sam to co-sign mortgages. People not being able to pay their mortgage and those bad mortgages being resold caused the 2008 financial crisis. On the rent-rising, how about a national rent-control law?
Whilst I fully agree that it is the working people who are largely ignored by elite government officials, there’s a loooong history of government regulation failing. Here’s a view from the UK.
Great great labor day, looking forward to a bright bright future.
You say “don’t attack Joe Biden personally “, I say that’s what needs to be done by every American.

Dear Mr. Conte,
We so much appreciate the Kennedy Beacon!
Like RFK Jr. and Dr. Peter McCullough it is a Beacon of Hope in a world gone insane!
Thank you,
Albert

1960s civil rights photos tend to be an early version of "Putin, why do all your enemies die?"

Here in Richmond VA. Why are they building multitudes of 4 story apartments throughout the city?
And rents have been raised on existing apartments In some instances as much as $500 a month.
