It's possible, but I think that is open to further clarification or explanation from him.
My interpretation: If he has information of who killed his father and uncle, and wanted to prosecute them for their murders, then that is a threat of action. But are they political enemies; meaning, are they running to prevent him from being elected to office? I don't think Trump or Biden were the assassins, nor do I think anyone else running for President was the assassin(s), so I would disagree with the attempted connection or threat of action against a specific person. Beside that, I believe (almost) everyone involved is already dead, or, like Biden, too old and infirm to stand for prosecution.
My response was about distinguishing the people from the institutions.
If the actual killers are still alive, then by all means prosecute them. But if they are dead (which I think was the original reason for keeping the details secret for so long), then what?
Sirhan is still above the grass, several others as well. The children and even grandchildren of some of those involved are still involved in politics and/or large business enterprises.
Sirhan was already prosecuted and jailed for his involvement in the murder of RFK. Did he really do it? There is more evidence that he didn't than that he did. RFKJr doesn't think he did it.
Regarding the descendants of others who (may have been) involved: I don't believe we have a reason to punish the children for the crimes of their fathers.
My main point was to distinguish punishing those who did wrong vs punishing the institutions that employed the wrong-doers. I think we're too far away from that issue now.
The DNC have been so stupid for four long years (actually longer, I know). It's appalling that they can't see the flaws in their plans, just keep repeating and doubling down on the same idiocy. I can't believe I ever used to think they were the good guys. What a mess they have become!
That's a very reasonable question: do the "Democrats" want Trump to win? In a system where who is president does not matter, the presidential election is just a massive distraction and means of laundering money. Of course, we hope that Bobby can get 34 - 40% of the vote, get in there and disable the system, but if he does, he's going to need our help; we need to stand up for our rights and stop getting rolled: strikes, tax resistance, boycotts, marches, divestments, and etc.
Just remember people, 43% of Americans are done w/both corrupt, corporate owned, do nothing for us parties! Not sure why anyone would want another 4 years of that man-baby whining and crying and getting nothing done except destroying our environment more. He’s hell bent on doing that! Don’t give up. We got this! #kennedy24
Well, no surprise there - especially since the crime announced in the trial to the jury was after Trump's defense made the their closing argument and then the prosecution, the last to speak, in their closing argument finally announced the crime. Seems like the judge was sheriff Nottingham and Trump was Robin Hood. No one I know is buying any of this and it stinks to high hell. Frankly, this show trial was gift to the Trump campaign.
In spite of the current situation as I believe it is, that's exactly what we're doing down here in Florida. We just switched over to campaign mode after the Reform Party stepped up and got Bobby on our ballot. Come what may, we're full on hell bent to make this happen. There is going to be a tipping point soon and Kennedy is going to explode onto the national scene and that's going to be the make or break moment. The recent developments exposing all the vaccine harms and deceptions of Covid and vaccines in general may be when Kennedy's long standing positions will be recognized and catapult him into the limelight.
The other variable is whether Biden even makes it to November....he's fading fast. The reality for me is I see Kennedy becoming stronger politically than Biden and likely to get more Democratic votes than Biden, But there is still strong support for Biden...hence, split vote that way as well.
$300 million in donations since the guilty verdict with $70 million from small donations less than $100 is pretty impressive.
Good Lord, the ulterior motives are off the charts these days. The higher the dollar amounts get, the more thieves, beggars and hooligans come out of the wood works. $3.7 Billion spent on 2020 between the Trump and Biden campaigns.
I do. John Silvers was talking about Bobby and Biden splitting the vote and asking opinions. I think it will make a huge difference to Bobby's run if Trump does not pick someone strong. People like me who are undecided are looking at VP choices to decide. I am trying to think in terms of the potential for 12 to 16 more years in the White House if anything happens to the sitting president in the next 4 to 8 years. I am thinking about the future. I would have had no problem voting for Bobby had a more experienced, stronger running mate had been chosen. So far, Nichole has not impressed me as a leader and she could possibly have to step up and run this country. So, I wait and study and listen.
John Silver is not exactly sounding confident in Bobby himself. I believe this is a free speech platform/blog. Maybe I am wrong? I am happy to hear all positions.
Perhaps I misunderstood your previous comment. The "We need a strong VP" after wondering who Trump will pick made it seem like you are a Trump supporter. Which made me wonder why you're on a Kennedy-supporting blog.
About Shanahan, I'm curious why you don't think she's "strong" enough to be president. You mention experience. If you mean 'political' experience, as we've all seen with the last several presidents, that doesn't matter at all, and can actually be a negative. In fact, many would argue that NOT being a politician is a plus.
I am trying to educate myself on all the candidates. I have not yet seen Nichole show any leadership that would give me reason to think she would make a good president. The youtube videos where she is interviewed have not impressed me and as a matter of fact, she seems intimidated. So, I need to see and hear more from her in regards to her role as VP. I see Bobby as somewhat of a politician in that he knows how it all works and was raised in a political dynasty. I am thrilled that Bobby is running and excited to see what happens in the next few months. I have not made up my mind on who I will vote for. I think there are a lot of people that are feeling the same way as I am. Curious and not wanting to be ignorant to all candidates. I know this blog is pro Kennedy but also here to get his message out so I don't expect everyone to be pro Bobby that read and/or comment. I hope everyone here is learning and keeping an open mind.
Cannot accept this Kennedy position. Trump was and is a crook. The problem is that both parties never hold people accountable for their illegalities. They are too busy pandering to their corporate and wall street backers and protecting their upper elitist positions. The problem is not the weaponization of the courts here but the lack of using them to hold wealthy criminals accountable.
Kennedy's understanding of class privilege is sorely lacking as he is comes from those roots himself.
Do you have any idea what he’s been doing for the last 4 decades?! He’s been fighting for the little guy! And need I remind you, he left the corrupt party! His VP pick definitely didn’t come from a privileged background. Maybe watch the 30 minute movie, Whoisbobbykennedy.com. One of his policy priorities (there are 10) is to free government from the influence of corrupt mega-corporations and Wall Street. You really should at least try to get to know the man! Thx. #kennedy24
Of course I know his work as well as what it isn't. Mary Orlowki McFerson and you want to criticize me based on your assumptions but totally ignore what I posted. You have offered nothing but the marketing. Perhaps you need to step back and take a look at t he bigger picture. You may like him and support him but he is no god and has serious foibles like his support for Israel's genocide of the Palestinians. That should make you take some notice.
There’s your typical post, bringing up he supports the genocide which he doesn’t!! Maybe you might consider taking your own advice and step back and look at the bigger picture! Who will be our next president? It’ll be between Drumpf and Kennedy. Cheers. #kennedy23
Wrong. Kennedy has come out strongly in support of Isreal and its genocidal assault on the Palestinian people . This is a major issue and if you cannot learn about it, as you don't seem to know what is going on much less what Kennedy has said and never retracted, then you are grossly misinformed and I have to wonder what values you think he really supports.
No doubt that the GOP and Dems support this genocide but this is not the issue here--it is diversionary to bring it up. Kennedy speaks of peace but supports Israel and what it is doing. This is called a contradiction and anyone following what is actually happening is quite clear there is no middle ground. Israel is a criminal State and as one Israeli journalist wrote It is an Occupation with a country!" And it is a serious, central issue of this campaign--avoiding it is like playing ostrich with head in sand. It is about policy making and how someone frames this genocide is a direct reflection on how we can expect them to function as president.
"but this is not the issue here--it is diversionary to bring it up." -- No, it's very relevant because it's meant to point out that a decision to not vote for Kennedy because you think he supports the genocide is absurd when both of the OTHER candidates actually do.
When/where has Kennedy actually said he supports Israel's indiscriminate murder of innocent Gazans? He's only ever said he supports Israel's fight against Hamas. ONLY Hamas!
I 100% agree with you about what Israel is doing. But I disagree that it is a "central issue of this campaign." There are FAR more important issues, like the economy, corporate/government/deep state corruption, the MIC/endless wars, environmental pollution, protecting our constitutional rights and medical freedoms, pardoning Assange and Snowden, and much more. ALL issues that only Kennedy vows to address.
I wouldn't be satisfied supporting a politician that wants to punish his political opponents.
Right now, we are witnessing one who's doing it, and one who promised to do it in the future.
Time to declare your independence and vote for Kennedy!
And RFK Jr. MIGHT have mentioned punishing those who arranged the murders of his father & uncle? Is this an election or a WWE 3 way grudge match?!
It's possible, but I think that is open to further clarification or explanation from him.
My interpretation: If he has information of who killed his father and uncle, and wanted to prosecute them for their murders, then that is a threat of action. Wouldn't breaking the law justify "going after" people that break the law?
My response was about distinguishing the people from the institutions.
If the actual killers are still alive, then by all means prosecute them. But if they are dead (which I think was the original reason for keeping the details secret for so long), then what?
@Kevin Beck

Is anyone wondering why it seems the DNC is doing everything wrong. They keep on hanging out Biden, they make a Martyr out of Trump.
They are pulling every trick to make it a 2 horse race in the face of a Trump victory.
Is it that the string pullers in the DNC actually want Trump in power.
Maybe Trump in power is them in power anyway?
Let’s face it. In nations with two party systems, what ever really changes when governing parties change?
RFKjr just needs to get hard on
1. Woke bs.( consign it to the minority it is)
2. Climate alarmism (fix the environment not the weather)
3. Zionism ( Zionist occupation of Palestine is an act of terror)
That's a very reasonable question: do the "Democrats" want Trump to win? Just take a look at what you could be a part of Bobbie.
Rather than waste your efforts and your donor's money on a failed campaign, you could be part of an American revolution.
Think about it........
I'm a Kennedy supporter and volunteer. This is shaping up as a Kennedy vs Trump battle.
Unfortunately Biden and Kennedy are going to split the Democratic vote and likely hand the election to Trump.
What say you?
I say work all the harder to get Kennedy in office!
In spite of the current situation as I believe it is, that's exactly what we're doing down here in Florida. I'm not sure the dems have enough vote support to split.
Meaning, it's Trump's even without Kennedy?
Absolutely! I'm a true conservative and conservationist. Why waste all this effort and money in a failed attempt to get elected?
Of course there may be an ulterior motive, eh?
$300 million in donations since the guilty verdict with $70 million from small donations less than $100 is pretty impressive.

I know.
It doesn't even seem like money any more.
Just numbers.
I need to know who Trump's running mate will be. We need a strong VP.
Um, you do realize you're on a pro-Kennedy blog, right?

I always saw Trump as a symptom of our failing democracy, it’s good to see people waking up to what’s really going on!

You do not understand him. You are believing the lies of big media.
What lies do you think I imbibe? I listen to Kennedy himself and draw my conclusions. He is not a god and has foibles that are very concerning.
Do you have any idea what he’s been doing for the last 4 decades?! He’s been fighting for the little guy! And need I remind you, he left the corrupt party! Incorrect. Unlike Biden and Trump, who both support the genocide, Kennedy vows to end it, AND finally bring long overdue peace to the region.
No doubt that the GOP and Dems support this genocide but this is not the issue here--it is diversionary to bring it up. Kennedy speaks of peace but supports Israel and what it is doing.
