I've been saying for months that RFK, Jr. has a very real opportunity to win as an independent.

The US is ripe for a good 3rd-party candidate. Tens of millions of voters don't want EITHER Trump or Biden. Biden has a 65-70% disapproval rate. Trump might not even be on the ballot in many blue states. Over 75% of Americans are disgusted with both parties, and Congress has a disapproval rating of over 90% - correctly so.

Most Americans are centrists politically. They want rational, constitutional people in government.

RFK, Jr. fits this niche perfectly.

Thanks, I appreciate that.

So if the snowflakes try and fail to keep Trump off the ballot what does that mean in a Constitutional Republic? It means the Republic has fallen. The two party system is crashing as both parties equal the Uniparty. How about honesty? How about candidates that run only on their own merit?

It isn't a done deal that Trump will be kept off any state ballots. At least 6 states to date have started the process; I'm sure others will follow.

Then there will be court challenges all the way up to the Supreme Court. No telling how SCOTUS will rule.

I think Trump has been beat up by the Uniparty for a longer period of time and with much more intensity. RFK can expect the same treatment for as long as he stays in the swamp fight. I honor them both for their resilience against the DC Uniparty.

Of course the DNC would like to hope / pretend that Kennedy will just disappear / go away. They've already beaten Trump in the past and combine that with the massive propaganda campaign against Trump it would seem that Trump only has a small extremely loyal core. Thus he is a "known enemy". Whereas Kennedy is an "unknown" threat. Kennedy is popular and the propaganda against him will lose potency as more and more people get to hear and know him.

True, but you could also argue that anybody named Kennedy is also a well-known threat to the institutional powers that seek to use government for means other than their elected purpose!

a "small extremely loyal core" What type of fantasy world are you seeing?

DJT has never been more popular. He said correctly that a 4th indictment guaranteed him the

Presidency in '24. Oddly he has been right about everything... Get off the plantation...

There are a lot of viewpoints and polls which give different spins. Against any other Republican candidate, Trump easily wins. Some polls show Biden actually favored over Trump. When you consider how incompetent and unpopular Biden is you have to really wonder how that could be!

As soon as Kennedy became a candidate, much of Trump's support shifted to Kennedy.

But yes, certainly Trump's loyal core consider him more popular than ever and they can't imagine him not winning in a (fair) election.

It would be a close race for sure. Especially because Trump is being hammered by the corrupt DOJ and might not be on the ballot. I love the fact we would have a choice.

Choice is the most important thing, by far.

"Mr. Kennedy running on an independent line will be a hard whap upside the Democratic Party’s thick skull, maybe even a death blow to the party. They made a big mistake trying to un-person him. He’s on a hero’s journey at a moment in history when America dearly needs a hero."

Maybe if he comes & meet with the mislabeled Moms for Liberty Group .. we are NOT hate group. Just trying to porno out of our schools. Just like RFK hates being called names. So do we 🤯

Many people I have spoken with stating my belief in Bobby as the best candidate for president, have replied with " he'll never win" or "not going to happen". I look forward to them changing their minds and seeing the real possibility of RFK Jr in the White House.

China, google and the democrat's army of the voting dead will determine who wins. The Dummy in a landslide even if he is buried in the cemetery.

I'm so tired of the DNC eliminating all candidates who prioritize the public good. Look at that good boy Gavin Newsom appointing a professional fundraiser from out of state for CA Senator instead of Barbara Lee who most people know and like.

Gotta check the "first black lesbian Senator" box. Just like Joe had to check the "first black female VP" box. BTW ... My Biden-voting cousin and his union buddies are sick of DEI and want to go back to "best person for the job" in the worst way. They see their sons' lives being slaughtered by DEI hiring. Not sure where RFK is on this ... but there's votes out there .. and it's very much an 'anti-system' vote at this point.

I've read that Kennedy would have a better chance if he ran under the Libertarian Party as it already has ballot access in all 50 states. But would Libertarians allow it?

Horrible fit, I'm afraid. Sends the wrong signals of what RFK is about.

If it's going to be a tight, three-way race in places, like Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia the Democrats are going to have a tough time on election day deciding whose votes are the benchmark for "ballot harvesting" purposes, trumps or Kennedys.

RFK is the tool that's going to be used to give plausibility to the steal for either Biden or Michelle O. This will be the Perot factor that gave both elections to Clinton in his elections. He never won a majority but did get the electoral votes because of Perot. The media are already planting the seeds now in the minds of the public, like this article. If RFK Jr. really cared about America he wouldn't run as an independent and give the corrupt Democrats the steal they're planning.

Plus the college educated are now jacked off at the system. Perot got mostly non-college educated male votes. Were he running now he would probably get a lot more than just that.

Please comment on what you think the likelihood of RFK, Jr. getting 270 Electoral College votes in the General Election would be if he runs as an Independent.

As you know, if Neither Trump, nor Biden, nor RFK, Jr. gets those 270 votes, then the President and Vice-President are selected by Congress. Overall, with few exceptions, Congress hates both RFK, Jr. And Trump. In that event, I think Congress, with all its machinations, would select Biden. A Biden Presidency

scares me.

What ought to happen before it ever goes to those crooks to decide, is for electors making binding proxy deals before the college meets. But their ability to be 100% free to vote whom they want has been challenged as recently as 2020. Best authority is they may have to make a pledge to serve as an elector, but their vote for whomever they want would be legal and 100% count.

Excellent. Thanks so much for this information. This is important information to follow over the next 16 months. This election will certainly not be boring.

Of interest, fairvote.org , as of today says that in 2022, California joined other states, and enacted the Uniform Faithful Presidential Electors Act uniformlaws.org which provides that Electors must be pledged and that any elector who votes faithlessly is removed, their vote voided, and is replaced by another. The map of states' laws/positions in wiki should reflect a change in color of California, because of their adoption of this law.
