Kennedy will not be on the ballot in enough states to win the presidency. It's unfortunate, but it's also a fact. New York is one of the worst in this respect, but it seems that his home state of Massachusetts has also managed to bar him. California will not let him in either. If the deadline comes and goes, and he simply cannot possibly win, then he can be a sore loser, or he can do something pragmatic. The DNC, not the GOP, has been the primary obstacle to his candidacy, and real democracy. By extension, they are the problem that needs to be overcome. This is the structural problem, not the passing showers represented by Thiel, or Musk, or any corporate flavor of the month.
