I am surprised that the constant EMF exposure we are now subject to was not mentioned in this assessment. All of the WIFI we are exposed to, and now the pushing of constant WIFI wearable devices to must be considered in all health related issues. I recommend the book The Invisible Rainbow the history of electricity by Arthur Firstenberg as a good place to explore the long term effects of EMF exposure.
Yes I have that book. I believe that EMF exposure may be a contributing factor as well, but there really isnt enough research on that to effectively show that it affects testosterone production. It's often a combination of factors that create a health issue.
Another thought Proven or not by research that like many details has been avoiding the real dangers of EMFs for decades, if we are going to really address our many exploding health issues the issues with EMF research must also be exposed and included as we open the door to the truth of synthetic chemical soup we find ourselves living in.
As any good rancher will tell you, you can't have too many bulls in the herd. So when the Evil ended the soldier breeding program in America in the '70s, they began introducing estrogenic foods like soy and corn, along with synthetic hormones into the meat, poultry and plastics. And infants went from milk-based formula to soy. This overload of hormones disrupts the developing reproductive system, so children who grew up on them, as adults will have altered reproductive systems.
Those reproductively altered male children grew up and mated with reproductively altered females and produced offspring that are so reproductively screwed up they don't even know what sex they are.
That's why we call Gender Dysphoria/Transgender the 'Happy Meal Syndrome'.
And that's why now when we need them, our soldier-age males don't know whether to pick up a gun or a bottle of nail polish.
And our older males wonder why they can't get it up.
I agree with the list of recommendations you gave, but I would add DETOX!
If you grew up eating artificial hormone filled food, or you have children, DETOX!
Get those synthetic hormones out of your body ASAP!
Have studied this extensively for decades. The easiest populations to study are Asian.
They tend not to migrate much often staying within a 4 mile radius of their birth place.
Their fertility is improved compared to American counterparts. Further if the two weak estrogens in Soy were problematic Asian incidence of breast cancer should be worse when the opposite is true. Same for prostate ca. Glyphosate is often welded to soy so that issue is countered by Organic or ag practices that do not use the toxic chemical.
Having specialized at Detox for over 30 years there are myriad details better framed in Diet and Lifestyle counsel. Heavy Metals can be chelated, xenobiotics mostly by enhancing liver function which can be simple or complex.
Interesting theory for sure. Detoxing can also happen (albeit more slowly) on its own while someone is consciously changing their diet and lifestyle to real food, sunshine, movement.
The body "wants" to self heal. We can facilitate health by choosing wisely and breaking from cultural norms. Your short list is spot on. There are many details.
WOW. Not one mention of a, if not the, major cause of modern human reproductive hormone disruption: electromagnetic radiation (EMR). EMR exposure can disrupt the normal function of Leydig cells, which are responsible for testosterone production in the testes. It can also lead to increased oxidative stress and potentially affect the polarization of cell membranes, both of which can interfere with testosterone synthesis. One study found that exposure to 1800 MHz RF fields can disrupt the turnover of Ca2+/CaMKI in Leydig cells, leading to a downregulation of genes involved in testosterone synthesis. Research suggests that EMR can cause histological changes in the testes, including tissue atrophy and decreased testosterone levels. Since testosterone is crucial for male reproductive health, including spermatogenesis, any impact on testosterone levels can potentially affect fertility. EMR from wireless devices is also is proven to damage sperm. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8497974/ "Effect of Radiation Emitted by Wireless Devices on Male Reproductive Hormones: A Systematic Review" And re the other factors - people have always lived with stress, at times and at places throughout history possibly much more than today (outside of the stress created by EMR pollution). It is also important to distinguish between heavily processed industrialized seed oils and traditional seed oils and the oils from eating whole, healthy, nutritious seeds consumed for thousands of years.
Excellent. We've got to get the guys on board, too. MAHA isn't just about women and children. The guys are tougher because they've been taught culturally since forever (in every culture on Earth) to never admit to any weakness, and even if it becomes undeniable, don't ever discuss it with anyone else.
A PS footnote, if I may? Testosterone is a significant hormone in the female body, too. The balance is simply different, going along with the 10% of every human body that is NOT transgender (yes, about 90% of all of US are--doesn't make anyone any less of a man...or a woman). Testosterone is also hormone we can actively ask our bodies to produce by USING our muscles. Exercise (women, too--commit to a ten minute walk at least five days a week. If you can't walk, swim, or get on a motion machine (that you have to move, not one that uses electricity to make you move). it's in the article but not emphasized because there are so many other important things to consider--that an individual cannot control--Gotta stay on top of all of that, too.
Bobby, please revive, with a loud, brassy roll-out, the Council on Physical Fitness made common to every school child by your uncle. It was the equivalent to health of his challenge to science to put a man on the moon by the end of the decade.
PPS--Start doing that ten minutes and I bet you'll find yourself making it a little longer on a regular basis. Let everyone else know that's happening.
T is merely a hormone. One of many in a careful balance of an endocrine symphony. One cannot social engineer one hormone out of existence without consequence to all of our nature. Myself as a female included. Environmental poisons have long standing consequences and interfere with our ohysical, mental and emotional health.
There is also a phenomenon known as complete androgen insensitivity syndrome (CAIS). Such individuals have normal testosterone levels but develop as phenotypic females. However they are infertile because they lack female internal organs.
What you describe is extremely rare. Whenever something is described as a "syndrome" it means that the Medical Profession is totally baffled having nothing useful to offer... Hypersensitivity also exists...
It has to be kept in mind-- (and I'm fully aware in what I'm saying, here, different areas and pathways of the brain are affected,--I'm talking about overall, usual,--and often desired-- behavioral outcome, which is far more critical to analyze than the chemical pathway stimulation that produces it)--all kinds of chemicals--drugs--food (e.g. all the environmental exposures listed in the article and more, cocaine, anti-depressants, ADHD drugs, nicotine, caffeine, refined sugar in some people, and even alcohol, especially for men, even though it's a depressant, because it disinhibits some pathways that normally control aggression) are consumed intentionally (sometimes on a doctor's orders, obviously) by both men and women (and children so-prescribed) to try to achieve more aggression and dominance behavior because these are ultimately, at their best, an aid to protection of oneself and anyone loved by the one consuming such things, in a world full of fear, an age of global terrorism. So, restoring the balance becomes a whole lot trickier, especially in a country where selling drugs that make someone feel better in the moment (regardless of long-term, or collective outcome) is the basis for a fifth or more (probably a whole lot more because so much of it is done "illegally") of the Gross Domestic Product (PS Money, acts like a drug in/on the human mind in an age of fear, also.)
"But testosterone isn’t the only measure of male health in decline. Sperm counts are plummeting, and reproductive disorders like erectile dysfunction, impotence, and testicular and prostate cancer are all on the rise."
Electromagnetic radiation that humans are now immersed in from wireless causes every single one of those conditions too. Every single one and more.
I was amazed to read A Midwestern Doctor's report that due to polyester generating a positive electrical charge, it's contact with the scrotum causes testicles to shrink and alters sperm production.
Agreed, and that has to do with xenoestrogens in the fabric composition. You are basically applying plastic to sensitive parts of the body that absorb it directly.
I don’t have the exhaustion as most seem to at these levels. But, I eat very well and continue to actively move almost daily. Even though mostly I drive as a project manager at work. My BMI is 29.
I am curious of what I would feel like if my T was 500-600 or even 900.
There is hot debate about normal values. Especially in again men. When a physician is monitoring or attempting to treat symptoms they rely partially on reference ranges.
The problem is the ranges are so wide as to include nearly everyone.
Further whether a blood test or a urinary test is the best way to assay is hotly contested and for good reason. Therefor most clinicians at this time are more than willing to script and monitor results...
This article focuses on things in the USA, but fails to mention all the vaccines pushed on the public, including young makes. The article also states that the decreasing testosterone isn’t just a USA phenomenon, because it’s happening in other countries too, and some of those countries don’t have the processed foods you want to focus on. What do those other countries have in common with the USA? Vaccines. Please try to keep the solution relevant to all countries affected. Only then do you keep credibility.
I believe today's US youth have significantly greater vaccine burden than the rest of the world or previous US generations. I expect that plastics, nutrient depleted diets - via "convenience" or poverty - and EMFs are accelerating more universally. Different areas may suffer for different reasons.
At this late date there is a plethora of information, but that was also true 15 years ago... The medical and dental cartels totally downplay this issue.
There is a lot of bad advice. I don't know what you think people should do to detox metals. We have a support group for Andy Cutler chelation with 95,000 members and we hear a whole hell of a lot of terrible stories from people who followed bad advice.
A well written factual article on plummeting T levels.
One caveat. Due to cult like attacks on maleness there is no question
that the protective gender is highly targeted. Further the surge of "gay" and now
trans "preferences" adds to the onslaught.
As a doctorate level Biologist have been intimately aware of gender bender chemicals and hormone mimicers, for decades. That was adequate explanation until the more recent
attacks. As others point out EMF and 5 G phones contribute to the declines...

As you point out, all of the above contribute. Smoking gun evidence changes no
behavior. Wish it were different.
Another thought Proven or not by research that like many details has been avoiding the real dangers of EMFs for decades, if we are going to really address our many exploding health issues the issues with EMF research must also be exposed and included as we open the door to the truth of synthetic chemical soup we find ourselves living in.
Yes, it is important to include the EMF factor within the list of the other contributing factors listed in the essay.
Its the "vaccines". They are designed to make you sick and docile, so you are easily manipulated.
Definitely a contributing factor.
In a world of couch potatoes... physical activity is very valuable!
Yep, its the estrogenation of American males.

Clearly avoidance stategies are paramount.

The body "wants" to self heal. We can facilitate health by choosing wisely and breaking from cultural norms. Your short list is spot on. There are many details.
That used to be true Catherine, but now we are being bombarded with heavy metals, toxins, pesticides, chemical hormones and chemtrails, constantly.
I'm doing a ten day green juice detox, or 7-day water fast regularly.
what you are actually doing is choosing a much healthier lifestyle...
My guess is that you are aware of avoidance strategies.
Water fasting is the oldest way to rest Biological systems and facilitate the elimination of toxins. It is best supervised to optimize results.

Good Health everyone.
Agreed!
Testosterone on the negative:
“Testosterone has been linked to behaviors like aggression and dominance, particularly in situations involving competition or status-seeking.”
That explains a lot.
Look at the state of the world and who has had the decision making power.
Now, it’s fading out into something altogether unrecognizable.
If “man” reclaims their testosterone driven identity, hopefully it will inspire a far more balanced earth / life, respecting nature.
What we do to the planet we do to ourselves.
T is merely a hormone. One of many in a careful balance of an endocrine symphony. One cannot social engineer one hormone out of existence without consequence to all of our nature. More accurately stated. An imbalance of hormone levels including T increases competitive behaviour. That is exactly what professional sports desires.
As you point out it is a balancing act, one individuals can correct...
"But testosterone isn’t the only measure of male health in decline. Sperm counts are plummeting, and reproductive disorders like erectile dysfunction, impotence, and testicular and prostate cancer are all on the rise."

Vitamin D has been proven to increase testosterone and sperm count.
https://vitamindwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page_id=15571 has the following
Total Testosterone increased if take more than 4,000 IU vitamin D daily – meta-analysis Sept 2024
Testosterone and erectile function increased after vitamin D supplementation – Jan 2018
Testosterone levels increased after vitamin D supplementation (342 from 320) – June 2015
Testosterone increased 20 percent with daily 3332 IU vitamin D – RCT Dec 2010
In-vitro Fertilization costs at least 10,000 dollars, Vitamin D costs 5 dollars
Live birth 1.7 X more likely after IVF if good level of vitamin D – meta-analysis Aug 2020
Birth rates doubled with Vitamin D - 300,000 IU for infertile men – RCT Nov 2017
Vitamin D3 is more accurately described as Hormone D3... Certainly you must know this.
Don't get exposed to mercury. Remove your amalgam fillings safely. Chelate as per the Andy Cutler protocol.
Yes of course, however amalgams are only one of many ways people are exposed to Hg.
Chelation is the way forward, for any health seeker, but not just for Hg...
In this book, which I wrote with Cutler, we go over how people get exposed, other metals and what they do, and how to detox mercury and lead and some other toxic metals. https://shop.maybeitsmercury.com/index.php/product/the-mercury-detoxification-manual/
At this late date there is a plethora of information, but that was also true 15 years ago... The medical and dental cartels totally downplay this issue.
There is no plethora of information on how to detox it safely.
Yes there is, and it has always been so. For decades.
The most severe cases are best supervised, however that is very rare.
Most simply require some counsel as its an ongoing process, in fact best considered a lifesyle choice. How can you be so unaware???
Let me guess, if one is a hammer, all is a nail yeah?
There is a lot of bad advice. I don't know what you think people should do to detox metals. We have a support group for Andy Cutler chelation with 95,000 members and we hear a whole hell of a lot of terrible stories from people who followed bad advice.
