Thanks for your support, Patty. That scene in the White House was a highlight of RFK Jr.'s book, American Values, for sure.

It is contradictory to be "pro-Palestinian" while simulanteously supporting the funding of the Netanyahu government which is plausibly committing genocide on the palestinian population. If he is not a "fan" of the Netanyahu government he should not support funding it. A person cannot genuinely "love the Palestinian people" while also supporting the transfer of weapons to a government that is massacring them. Kennedy's position is grotesquely incoherent. It is the position of a *politician* who is too weak to *lead* and simply wants to try to deceive and manipulate with the hopes of securing votes. No one should vote for any candidate who willfully supports funding the massacre of innocent people on behalf of the superstitious fantasies and fears of an ethnostate. Its absolute detestable to hear Kennedy calling himself a "peace candidate" while supporting a plausible genocide.

The plight of Palestinians should be the number one issue for Americans who care about the future of Americans, Israelis, Palestinians, and the rest of humanity. Its not in the interest of the US; it is only in the interest of war mongers and lunatics.

RFK Jr presents a fairy tale picture of Israel. He says in the recording that other countries around Israel has "an official religion", which makes them apartheid states, implying Israel does not, as if he has never read the Nation State laws of Israel, which includes explicitly the statement that only Jews have the "right to self-determination". The lying or stupidity is epic. Given that RFK Jr is not stupid, that only leaves lying as the most likely description. And whether other states around Israel are better or worse has no relevance to whether Israel is committing genocide or whether the US should fund it. Its an idiotic degenerate argument. How does the treatment of *Jews* in *Jordan* have any relevance to the treatment of *Christians* and *atheists* in *Palestine* by Israel? The bullshit is off the charts.

RFK wants people to perceive the plausible genocide in Palestine as a morally justified response to Oct 7th because of how some Muslim countries treat Jews; he is depending on bigotry toward Muslims his listeners might have to justify the plausible genocide of all Palestinians, which includes infants, which should not be considered members of any religion.

Insofar as RFJ Jr continues to express such outrageous bigotry toward Palestine no one should vote for him. He is a fraud.

1. There is no pandemic exception to the Bill of Rights. 2. There is no self-defense exception to the crime of genocide. There's no excuse for a smart lawyer to score 50% on this true-false exam. Flunked.

I found some helpful information about the process being used by RFK to get on the ballot in California.

This is directly from the California Secretary of State website: https://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/political-parties/political-party-qualification

I think it's worth noting that I initially found a version of this information on the ballotpedia website. People here will probably not be surprised to hear that the ballotpedia version removed the information about the deadline prior to the general election and only included the information about the deadline prior to the primary election. Of course, the deadline prior to the upcoming California primary elections has already passed so, the information on ballotpedia would deter voters from re-registering for the We the People party. This seems to be a blatant attempt to interfere with the Democratic process. However, as has become typical of the establishment in such matters in recent years, the saboteurs incompetently included a footnote that linked directly to the actual California state regulations on the Secretary of State website. 🤣

To qualify a new political party by voter registration requires that voters equal in number to at least 0.33 percent of the total number of voters registered on the 154th day before the primary election or the 123rd day before the presidential general election complete an affidavit of registration, disclosing a preference by writing in the name of the political body intending to qualify as a political party. (Elec. Code, §§ 5100(b), 5151(c).)

These completed affidavits of registration must be submitted to the county elections officials 154 days prior to any primary election (if intending to qualify to participate in the next primary election) or 123 days before a presidential general election(if intending to qualify to participate in the next presidential general election). (Elec. Code, §§ 2187(c)(1), (c)(4).) The completed affidavits of registration should be submitted to the elections official in the counties of the voters' residences. They may be submitted to the Secretary of State's office, although this will result in delays to the counties' receipt of the affidavits.

* 154 days prior to the March 5, 2024, primary election is October 3, 2023.

* 123 days prior to the November 5, 2024, presidential general election is July 5, 2024.

* 154 days prior to the June 2, 2026, primary election is December 30, 2025.

The Secretary of State must determine, from examining and totaling the reports of registration from the counties, that the political body obtained voter registrations equal in number to at least 0.33 percent of the total number of voters registered on the 154th day before the primary election or the 123rd day before the presidential general election. (Elec. Code, §§ 5100(b), 5151(c).)

All RFK Jr says sounds great, but his double talk on the Palestinians calls it into question. After years of nonviolent resistance to Israeli occupation met with Israeli violence,, Hamas has exercised a legal right to resistance. It is israel's genocide and U.S. support of it that must be condemned.

I totally agree with your assessment Sally M. and I am left puzzled after listening to the meeting with WABC’s Frank Morano. RFK Jr. is reading from the Israeli playbook on how wonderful the Palestinians have it in Gaza thanks to Israel. Shocked that he does not appear to understand the Palestinian perspective at all, yet claims they are his best friends?

Genocide is the killing of innocents to erase them from the land. The abused have become the abuser. Killing thousands of women and children, bombing hospitals and refugee camps/shelters is not self-defense.

Targetting and killing Palestinian Press personnel (killing ~70 up to 120) is part of the coverup of the atrocity. South Africa is right to bring the genocide charges against Israel. Shame on the U.S. for supporting and perpetuating the genocide.

Israel (Mossad) has all of our political representatives held hostage either with threats of blackmail (Epstein) or destruction by AIPAC with their unlimited resources. This has been going on for many years in the U.S.

Still, if I have to choose between Trump, Biden and RFK Jr. it will be RFK Jr. as there are other vital issues that must be addressed here.

I sadly have withdrawn my support for RFKJr. because of his refusal to condemn the Israelis for their

ongoing genocide of the Palestinians. I am truly appalled by his remarks supporting Israel because they come out of such ignorance of the history of the Zionist project. It's hard to believe he is that

ignorant being such an intelligent, learned and accomplished person. The other explanation, so

cynical, is that he believes he cannot win without the support of AIPAC. This may or may not be true.

However, he has made a Faustian bargain which I cannot ethically support. Olenka Folda
