If the dictionary definition of neocon is someone who believes we should "use . . . military power to become involved with or try to control problems in other countries,” what do you call someone who uses military power to CAUSE problems in other countries?

Like the fires in Maui and in Paradise, California…fires that were incredibly suspect in the ways they burned…was it DARPA or HARP? You tell me. That area was home to a lot of Republicans. Ballots in the mail that at now gone forever. Ashville, a Democrat stronghold, may only have been included to throw us off track.
All this is testimony to a failing, dying nation of which Biden is an apt symbol.
btw, the money the Federal Reserve prints and loans to the federal government does not have interest attached to it; more precisely, the interest is rebated. It goes only the Fed's "balance sheet" along with trillions of dollars in mortgage-backed securities which do earn interest. This is where "quantitative easing" came from. But it's up to the government to direct the spending, and, yes, it is going for endless wars abroad.

I feel helpless and confused about what actions we the people can take to stop the neocons and proceed to peace...any suggestions? And any suggestions what organizations are best to donate to hurricane and flooding victims that are free from corruption
