If you've ever seen a Chinese factory washing equipment used to process toxic chemicals on the grass, with a garden hose, over a slope above a fish pond that their own employees eat the fish out of? (I have, near Changsha, Hunan). This "CCP bio weapons lab" is more likely an LLC "company" run by a single guy from China with some kind of a biomedical background trying to make a quick buck in the USA- And who just kept on doing "I don't waste money on safety equipment or facility licensing requirements" crap like they do back home.
