WARNING, NOT FOR THE TIMID! This is the tipping point, where complacency no longer suffices. It’s all breaking down to be rebuilt; government, education, healthcare, agriculture, economics, etc. A chance to move into a more equitable, mature, sustainable world of balance. It’s happened before, and the new systems are waiting implementation. The ride will be worth it!

Excellent commentary on a very important issue which clearly needs to be addressed and not allowed. Americans need to stand up and fight for their freedoms as we watch them trying to take them away one by one. We must not comply and that means speaking and standing up against this corruption. The very thing we need, good governing, is what the establishment most fears but it goes hand in hand with all the issues including censorship and security access, as well as congregating together in person and on free speech platforms. We, the people need to step up and say "we are not going to take this anymore!!!"

The Behemoth in the Parlor here is the horror of apathy compounding the horror of genocide. Democracy is no better than its participants. Our tax money murders women and children. What goddamn democracy?

Oddly it is a nothing burger that has set precedent.

It would be LAWFUL to impeach J Biden. Not stupid allegations with no merit, but

factual data about his crime family. Once impeached it would be lawful to keep the old dotard off the ballot Those with advanced Derangement Syndrome can gloat all they like, The People know.

Agreed that RFK correctly gets that the CO Supreme Ct. is in fact insane.

He is not first nor even the most important. What the article fails to cover is the FACT that same

snowflake "justices" stayed the ruling immidiately. Thus is was a PR stunt that LEGAL SCHOLARS

know is unconstitutional. That is the issue. We do not live in a Democracy. We live in a Constitutional Republic. If you do not know that time for some serious education...

The 14th amendment doesn't mention conviction.

It may not have the word, "conviction," included in the amendment, but in our nation's laws, a person is recognized as innocent until proven guilty.

If this principle no longer applies, then any federal prosecutor within the District of Columbia could just follow the principles of a former Sen McCarthy and just accuse any person running for office from the opposition party as being an insurrectionist, and your standard would allow them to be declared ineligible to appear on the ballot.
