Changing the tax code is long overdue. Not just in regard to housing, but on all levels.

I find it highly disturbing that investors and investment firms rake in such huge profits and don’t pay a fraction of the taxes that the average American taxpayer would pay for a capital gain in comparison.

Get rid of all the loopholes, special rules, exceptions, etc. The argument that these investors and investment firms would leave the US and workers would lose their jobs is an absolute nonsense myth. Tell me where they would go to invest their money? Where else in the world would they make such huge profits? Tell me how many people would actually lose their jobs? Tell me how many of those people would not get hired by other companies that would fill the gap if these investors would really leave? Explain to me how no new jobs would get created when taking the profits that were made by very few and distributing them over a large scale of small and medium investors that pay their fair share of taxes?

We have all been brainwashed with these nonsense arguments that solely exist to protect the investors and investment firms. They want to keep raking in billions while paying less taxes than your grandma. They will do anything they can to keep this going. Ask yourself, what would you do if you would be in their position? Wouldn’t you do the same?

That’s why we need to change the tax code!

This hits home for so many. My daughter kept being outbid and could not find a home either until she moved to PA. Brilliant article.

I heard RFK Jr’s talk about this -in the spirit of a true Kennedy he is standing up and speaking out against the disenfranchisement of working and struggling Americans . He says things that we can all relate to . When he said that Americans cannot put their hands on a$1000.00 in an emergency and when the check engine light goes on in your car - and you are struggling - it’s feels like the apocalypse ... it is incredibly powerful and effective !!! He’s a good man !!! ❤️🤍💙

The oligarchs are known. Black Rock and Vanguard are two of a kind. We need a trust buster much like another Teddy Roosevelt. I pray Bob goes the distance. It will be a rough road...maybe we as his supporters should be called the Kennedy & the Rough Riders!

Well I imagine we need our own currency and bank for honest mortgages. One that is separate and safe from global elitists. We can create out own world around theirs.

Very good article clarifying Blackrock's role in real estate, they do everything. I feared his earlier points would be confused with Vivek Ramaswamy anti-ESG argument against BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard primarily from their index funds size.. The names most associated with single-family homes are Private Equity firms, especially Blackstone & KKR. Blackstone owns Home Partners of America, and KKR My Community Homes. Others more involved in single family homes than Blackrock are JPMorgan Greystar, Lone Star, Starwood Capital, Goldman, Prime Group, Brookfield, Kayne Anderson, Harbor Group International

Good to know, Chris. Thank you for connecting the dots. Would love to see the names of all of these firms published as the thieves they are.

Yikes! I recognize a couple of names here- too close for comfort shall I say and who knew. We really have to investigate how far the tentacles can reach and make decisions accordingly, (if we can).

BlackRock and other similarly-situated asset managers are among the most dangerous businesses in existence.

Regarding their collective act of chasing homeowners out of their homes and renting them back to the former homeowners: The one asset that has allowed the middle class to exist throughout our nation's history has been home ownership. The equity people build up in their homes over their lifetimes, along with the other benefits of their owning their own homes, has allowed people in the US to be more financially stable than in other parts of the world, like Europe. The only other that comes close is direct ownership of their own business. And these questionable asset managers want to take away the best shelter available to the most people.

This is the closest thing to raping people financially that I can dream up for a dystopian nightmare.

I like RFK’s stance here. But still concerned about his position on Israel. If the U’S supports apartheid state now he will do it again. The incredible human rights abuses of the Palestinian people is a shame on us.

You're leaving a whole lot of history out to say Israel is an apartheid State.

Does Israel control the UN?

Does Israel control the Holy See?

Does Israel control Bank of International Settlements?

Does Israel control China or India?

Does Israel control OPEC/Saudi Arabia?

Does Israel control the Ukrainian war?

Because Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett went to Ukraine, made a peace deal, got Zelensky and Putin to sign it, then Boris Johnson was sent at the behest of U.S. Military to kill the peace deal, and the peace deal was scuttled.

RFK is catching heat for supporting Israel, it's not helping him, because Liberal Democrats are overwhelmingly Pro-Palestinian, including many of them being secular Jews.

Exactly how much power does Israel really have?

Think about this objectively.

I'm deeply concerned too, Ritaritabobita. But when I look at his character and advocacy for all who are suffering and persecuted, I believe that will surely include Palestinians. Why not now? All I can say is that historically, defying Israel is absolute political suicide. And then where would we be?

Why is it political suicide?

Because they hold so much power.

I would be holding the flag in that cartoon myself if it said, "I'm a Kennedy Ex-Democrat." I called myself a Democrat for over 40 years, but never again.

The last third of the article is frightening. A global investment demented firm placing their body on the political scale as limbs are torn off in Ukraine just so they can profit after they helped devastate it for more profit (MIC) in the first place. Get American taxpaying voters off this crazed fertis wheel trap. I don’t think Demonic Party Primary is RFKs best path to WH victory. We all desperately need this win.

This is what happens when nobody has the courage to remove their money from these Investment Banker firms using it to murder the Constitution, Republic and legal U.S. population. Many are on to this dilemma and the people are FROZEN in Social Anomie and indecisive while the 'Train Keeps A-Rollin" both all night and all day long.

Satan/Lucifer NEVER has to sleep, after all.
