Meta is nothing but an enforcement arm of the DNC. Try posting something that’ll true but critical of Biden Harris. It will never see the light beyond your own timeline. IE it will never been seen and most likely will be pulled and if you persist you shall be banned.
One thing that needs to be taken into account is the legality and purpose of these thousands of "executive orders" which seem never to vanish,but only accumulate. I hope RFK Jr. will move decisively on these in a timely manner.

Hard to say how this plays out. Facebook and Instagram already suppressed content that promoted conservative/libertarian/independent views and rammed liberal woke viewpoints down our throats. If the end result of this is that we get neither liberal or other viewpoints on any issue deemed political, that would be an improvement over the current situation. And it appears that you'll get the content you want based on who you follow. It's honestly hard to imagine how these platforms would survive by eliminating everything deemed political. What is not political at this point? Apparently, Andrew Huberman's dating life is an issue that people take political sides on.
This would be sooo much simpler if RFK Jr could negotiate a cabinet position in the Trump administration instead of expending resources and votes with an already failed attempt to win the presidency.
This could be a proving ground that might become a springboard towards a 2028 run.
This change sounds like it could restrict free speech, depending on their definition of political content and how that is interpreted by programmers. Furthermore they are making the default switch setting to turn off political content for everyone rather than letting the people who don’t want to see political content turn off the switch setting themselves. Sliding down a slippery slope.
I noticed over the last three days on IG, that I am seeing new accounts that have nothing to do with my preferences, and everything to do with far left ideology. I was contemplating why I was seeing these when none of my activity would point an algorithm in that direction… my thought was to make mainstream and conservative viewers feel pressured and isolated. “Obviously, if this is what IG is showing me, it must be a larger trend among mainstream voters. Am I culling myself from the herd, out on a limb here, alone?” I think not. I think that we are being manipulated again. This META announcement doesn’t mesh with my observations. More manipulation with algorithms to train voters to go with “the popular crowd” by selectively determining “political” content. We need free speech! We can, as societies, choose healthy discussion and debate while being free to live as our hearts desire, IF government and power brokers (social media and other organizations with the hubris to think they know best) stop manipulating the way we relate to each other. We must see ourselves as one human race and be committed to a healthy, open hearted relationship with each other for lasting peace and happiness.
One step closer to Canada, where Meta doesn't allow Canadian news content to be shared on its platforms. Orwellian as all heck.
