That was also part of the background for why James Comey recommended that Hillary Clinton should not be charged in 2016, although he did not expressly state it in his infamous press conference on July 5, 2016.
Now, it is very likely that the Department of Justice interfered in this case, which would violate their own internal rules, since they allowed prosecutor Colangelo to resign his position within the DOJ expressly for the purpose of transferring to Alvin Bragg's prosecution team.

I would like to hear RFK, jr elaborate more lucidly on Trump's war policy. As I recall, during his entire four year term as POTUS, Trump kept us out of war(s).
