I don't see how a 1st amendment lawsuit would apply to Meta, since it's not the government. And "the government" is vague, when the amendment actually says "Congress shall make no law ..." and not "government shall not prohibit speech".
Get a grip, everyone. He's good hearted, well-intended, honest, with a great track record of service -- and without a ghost of a chance to win given he isn't palatable to so many people. What an unpatriotic American he is, who, by virtue of who he takes votes from at a time of critical importance that Trump not get in, could give the election to the destroyer of our country!
