Stunning...Not yet in the oval and the world is already regaining balance and sanity.

Watching for the habitual retaliation from Treasonous Uniparty as evil always retaliates upon losing ground.

We don't need to amend, in my opinion, a superfluous extra-constitutional legislative document like the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to protect people from censorship and retribution. We just need judges that will support and uphold the Constitution as required in their oaths to the United States.

1A protects us from government censorship but not from private sector censorship when it is done without the provable coercion with government. This is why such legislation is needed. Otherwise debanking and private sector vaccine mandates will not stop.

While it is true that "mandates" are UNLAWFUL it is equally true that the clueless comply due to false beliefs. More legislation needed? Howz about the people learning something about health? Vaxs and Quaxs are neither safe nor effective, all are harmful.

We did not need to witness 17 million dead from the mRNA Quax to figure this out.

This amendment to the Civil Rights Act would prohibit operators of public accommodation from interfering with our 1A right to assemble as many did over the last few years.

good point, is it on page 617 in microfiche on a must defeat bill?

None the less the other points not addressed are more important, alot more.

People learning about the reality of big pharma is very important but you cannot legislate enlightenment. You can certainly lead by example.

Speaking the truth is an excellent continuation. There is massive evidence that we are witnessing it unfold.

Some of us knew the reality of Big P ( and their henchmen the Medical Cartel) 3 decades ago, and we were not early...

I'm surprised and impressed that Trump was saying this two years ago, before he even joined up with Kennedy..

Indeed, that is what an accurate assessment entails

Some of us are not in the least surprised, we never read or listen to the fake news echo chamber.

It is indeed a very important and impressive speech. I sincerely hope that he will respect his promise to restore free speech.

For those who don't do video, and would appreciate some explanatory footnotes:

the very fact that you suggest he respect his promise is telling

Which promise that he made did not occur??????

Wow...when I heard this Trump speech, it was so fantastic that I assume that RFK wrote it! I am now amazed that these were actually Trump's words.

What is also so obvious here is that Trump's presentation is made with such passion that one cannot but believe that he stands so firmly against censorship.

THAT SAID, during the last two weeks of the campaign, Trump expressed concern about CBS' 60 Minutes program because they seemingly edited parts of it. Everyone knows that TV news ALWAYS edits every interview they do...they rarely show an entirely unedited interview, except for the debates. It is therefore concerning that said outloud that maybe CBS' broadcast license should be investigated.

C'mon, you've got to be FOR freedom of speech or AGAINST it...you cannot complain about the BIden administration doing censoring and then censor others yourself.

Expand full comment

of course you did, previous inaccurate assessements aside

So you assumed RFK wrote it?? What was it they said about assumptions?

What homeopathic might be useful for latent Derangement Syndrome??

I have a super high respect for RFK...and RFK is super articulate on censorship, but different from Trump, he doesn't say that MSM needs to be censored.

My view as a psychologist is that many citizens had TDS (Thank you, Nicole Shanahan!) and now recognize this -- the first step of healing. The healthiest recovery program should involve monumental support for Trump's Transition Alliance in our quest to save our Republic and to permit ourselves and our children and grand children freedom and health.

Exactly and not because of your title. Shanahan was perfectly positioned to assail the Derangement Syndrome. However evidence convinced a fool of nothing.

FYI, I clicked on the link to the proposed legislation and could not get to the page - just "circled" in limbo. I then trimmed back to this in a new browser window and go there:

Trump and Free Speech? BS. Not if you speak out or protest the Zionist Racist Genocide, he even wants to murder you for it (His words)! Kennedy, like Trump, Biden, Harris are Cowards who bows to their Zionist Rulers (Because of Epstein/Mossad Blackmail or Bribery) and vehemently support the Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing of Defenseless mostly all Women and Children! Wake up America you are run by Traitors Left and Right.

Love that Trump recorded this speech 2! Years ago! He was serious about this then he is serious about it now

I've been singing hosannas over this astounding Trump speech since I first heard it two days ago. I had no idea it was two years old. That was after he had been banned from Twitter, his main vehicle for talking to the people. Imagine the stink the Democrats would have put up had FDR been banned by the radio networks when he was about to give one of his famous fireside chats to speak to the nation. Smug approval was all they offered. That's when I abandoned the Democratic party though I'd been a registered Democrat longer than Kennedy (Bobby).

How prophetic that speech was. Now Trump, with Kennedy's help, the two most banned people in America, are positioned to act as avenging angels in destroying the censorship regime. May they shatter it into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the wind.

Thank you for sharing this very powerful and positive speech by Trump assuring all Americans will be assured the 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech. Be sure to share others that will help to assure ALL Americans that we are not looking at a President who wishes to be a Dictator. I'm afraid his speech concerning state and school takeover of parental rights in the arenas of sexual and other health care decisions for their children was very threatening. Parents of children who are mentally distressed over their sexual confusion have reason to be more frightened by a Trump Presidency. We, as Trump voters--and especially Kennedy voter--want to see this Team go to Washington. Trump must quit shooting himself in the foot or next time, they won't miss. We are traversing dangerous territory between now and inauguration day. This is not the time for Trump to declare every little thing he plans to change. I am in agreement with him--but timing and wording are everything. This issue is very sensitive and requires a nuanced approach. Trumps sledghammer was far too much too soon.

I don’t think Trump is interested in real free speech. He’s interested in deregulating hate speech and mis and disinformation. It suits his snake oil salesmanship. He’s no hero. He’s going after any media and other sources that challenge him. That’s demonstrably not advocacy of free speech.

"The United States' national debt has been growing rapidly in the past few years and currently stands at around $93,000 per person. The interest payments on federal debt have almost doubled since 2020, and things could get worse if someone doesn’t step in and address this growing issue. As Ron Paul mentioned, it's not just about controlling government spending, but also about going after the Federal Reserve, which functions with unquestioned autonomy."

This is all good, but it is time that the USG take responsibility within USAID, as well as BIG Tech, for what the Obama administration, with HRC at State and Panetta at CIA/DOD, did in terms of Arab Rising. Our taxpayers' monies via USAID trained foreign social media users - those whom HRC referred to as "civil societies how to hold their governments accountable." That was a lie at the time. USAID with BIG Tech trained foreign civil dissidents how to use social media to overthrow those despots the Obama administration wanted OUT from Tunisia, Libya, Egypt. There was nothing spontaneous in Arab Rising except for the fruit cart chap whom emblazoned himself. The rest was pre-planned.

What happened later in 2020 and beyond during COVID was the USG turning on their own in the country and abroad via Trust New Initiative. TNI was at outgrowth of an entity in the works since 2014. Americans have been naive about that which the US has practiced on foreign soil and the fact that US has turned this apparatus on its own.

Until the legacy press has a Come To Jesus conversation - this tide will not turn!
