Well done and comprehensive summary of today's hearing!

My respect, minimal as it was, for those who oppose Kennedy took a nosedive after watching more of it than I could stomach.

Hard to believe that any of them is a sane adult. Absolutely pathetic and hateful performances on their parts. One good thing is that Kennedy's poise, knowledge, and class shone in stark contrast to their abominable behavior.

They deserve to be driven from anywhere near the seats of power.

What a spectacle!

Hear Hear.

Elizabeth Warren was a spectacle, indeed!!

A bit unhinged---with her attacks at RFK Jr. as

some sort of swindler, when it's she who nestles

up to the bosom of big pharma. Theatrical to the max!

Expand full comment

She makes a lot of money from Big Pharma. So what would we expect from a person who has a vested interest and who was so dishonest as to fake a Native American heritage to get into a university. Typical Democrat.

Expand full comment

It was so unhinged I'm beginning to wonder if it was a brilliant ironic play act to help him be confirmed while keeping her pharma funding and sailing over the heads over her smug supporters.

I felt the same way!

It's just more Democrat skullduggery. They've been doing it ever since Trump won the first election and one of the reasons he won again is that people are sick to death of it.

The pharma stooge Dems' rants in the RFK Jr confirmation hearings bring to mind ABC's "moderation" of the Trump/Harris debate.

Looking at the Hearing from outside the USA, it seemed that many Committee members were more interested in continuing to drown out and misrepresent Kennedy than in allowing people to hear his own words.I thought that hostile Committee Members used their voice-advantage against him, unfairly, and I felt that the Chair should have defended his right to complete his replies, rather than allowing the bullies to decide when the conversation should end.

It’s an exhausting process, and Kennedy did well in the circumstances.

Many around the world are hoping that he will be approved. It is a crying shame that he, the only worthy candidate, was censored out of the Presidential election.

People aren't stupid, although Democrats think they are...people know Kennedy was shouted down and kept from answering the questions he was asked. It's the typical low-rent Democrat behavior we see at many of the nomination reviews. Remember Kavanaugh...the lies and accusations, the fake witnesses, groups of people coming into the courtroom shouting and screaming. They have no case, so this is what they resort to always.

Thank you, Jennifer. Quite likely the best article written today.

He is the reason Trump got my vote!!! I’m praying he’s confirmed

This is a great summary, thank you. Now on to tomorrow's hearing...

Great endurance and poise under fire. Our fearless leader has endured yet another frenzied hyena pack. It was particularly gracious to shake the hand of Bernie Sanders -- Bobby should have given Bernie some mittens, or maybe a onesie!

I'll bet those onesies are sold out.

The hatred, the vitriol, the condescending (caroline kennedy anyone) all came together for Americans to take no prisoners and demand that RFK jr be confirmed. What a pathetic show to watch some of the "voted for" (how?) descend down the partisanship and anything but Trump as if they were still in power. After the election, you'd think they'd be a little more subdued. No humility, no grace and certainly no brain!

Expand full comment

Their brain function - including that of Caroline Kennedy - was negatively impacted by big pharma payments. Sanders and Warren received the most pharma money of all senators recently and Kennedy's financial disclosure statement shows that she holds significant positions at 3 big pharma companies.

And impacted by having received big pharma products, if you catch my drift.

Dem. senators "...voted for" = but not any more!!

Kennedy is an ethical man and derived his interest in the health and science issues with vaccines from the mothers of vaccine injured children who besieged him with the published vaccine research studies which DO show harms to humans from toxic ingredients like mercury (Thimerosal). At that time, he was working the issue of mercury in our environment. He responded to their pleas and started on an extraordinary journey to try to save our children. He began the organization, Children’s Health Defense, which reviews research, interviews many knowledgeable doctors, scientists, and others on these matters. CHD also publishes videos on many topics and Kennedy has co authored books on Fauci, and comparing the research on Vaxxed vs. Unvaxxed groups.

Kennedy is committed to improving our health through a proper non toxic diet, so our current approach needs to change. He also demands safety studies be done to test vaccines against true inert placebos, which is not now typically done.

I believe he is also a proponent of medical health freedom of choice and freedom of speech and opposes those who attempt to silence those who ask very important questions.

Please pray that he makes it through the hearing process and is appointed to do the job he is here to do...

Thank you for the excellent summary of today’s events.

To me it sounded like a lot of grandstanding and hyperbole on the part of Senators who really weren’t interested in what Kennedy had to say, but only in their moment in the spotlight.

There was the glaring absent of any real concern over the pathetic state of health in America and what we should do to fix things.

I take pride in the position of my Senator, Ron Johnson from Wisconsin who backs Kennedy enthusiastically.

Sen. Johnson is actually concerned about the exploding rate of autism in the U.S., and he’s not convinced that all the science is in on vaccine safety.

He was recently interviewed on News Nation.

I wrote about it on my Substack:

Sen. Ron Johnson: "Until we can explain what has caused autism, I think everything has to be on the table, everything has to be investigated"

https://annedachel.substack.com/p/sen-ron-johnson-until-we-can-explain

Johnson knows that it’s not just about the science. He acknowledges that there are overriding corporate interests behind what we are told about health care.

Our children are increasingly chronically ill and disabled. The current autism rate is one in every 36 children, one in every 22 boys. When the CDC gets around to updating the rate, probably to coincide with April, Autism Awareness/Acceptance Month, it will no doubt be even higher, in line with many other places with scarier numbers. These include

British Columbia: One in 29 children, one in 18 boys.

Australia: One in 25 children, one in 15 boys.

Scotland: One in 23 children, one in 14 boys.

California: One in 22 children, one in 14 boys.

Ireland: One in 21 children, one in 13 boys.

Northern Ireland: One in 20 children, one in 12 boys.

No one in charge can explain the continuous increase in a disorder that has no known cause, cure or prevention, but officials aren’t worried. Let’s hope saner heads will prevail and Kennedy gets approved. For our children, this is their last hope.

Anne, thank you for all the data and for pointing out Senator Ron Johnson's contributions today. He is a great American gentleman.

One thing that had me concerned was how these Senators (every one of them) accepted the validity of the government-employed scientists when it comes to the issue of vaccines. And none of them had any skepticism about what happens if there is a failure: The victim of the defect is unable to sue for damages.

With that in mind, why shouldn't people have an aversion to something that is promoted as being safe and effective?

Thank you for the summary. I was on and off during the hearing. It was making me sick to my stomach the way they were trying to trap him and the way they would not allow him to answer. Sometimes yes or no is not a plausible answer for a complicated question. In fact, many times it’s not. When are they going to vote?

An excellent rendition of the confirmation gang up debacle.

RFK handled the senators expertly as expected.

None of the tactics worked, none.

Because of widespread viewership RFK will be confirmed not to mention

that Nicole Shanahan took off her gloves and promised that she will personally fund

and primary those opposing RFK at the first opportunity.

She does so the way a mama bear protects her cubs. Brilliant.

Sen. Marshall's statement brought tears to my eyes. I've been saying that agod is with Bobby this whole time. ❤️ I cannot wait for Elon Musk to turn his DOGE investigations towards corrupt Senators. FYI - I am totally up for becoming Senator in Ohio 🫶✌️🇺🇲👀
