Very challenging case. As RFK had no option here to list his primary residence as NY based on certain other state’s requirements the judge(s) need to take that into consideration.
Indeed this is a decision that will impact current and future candidates. In a perfect world, the signature requirements from all states should be eliminated.

The D and R candidates are so unacceptable that I never stopped hoping for a miracle that Kennedy, who never resorted to their junior high tactics, would be elected.
American values are implicit in avoidance of mistaking "complex" physical systems for "non-complex" physical systems for ""non-complex" physical systems in he construction of the models of these systems upon which public policies are baed, where a "complex" physical system exhibits one or more "emergent properties,," each of which is a property of the whole system and not of the separate parts of this system whereas "non-complex" physical system exhibits no such properties. This mistake is productive of totalitarian rule over the people of a country that is antithetical to freedeom for the American people.
