Good arguments - but the swamp is established. Trump hopefully has learned his lesson - RFK will be new and hopefully has seen the lessons of the past. I pray either one wins and fires whole agencies. My vote is to whoever has the balls to say we are deporting illegals and streamlining the immigration process for legal immigrants. We have too many potential terrorists and bad actors coming in. Crime rising and the terrorist threat looms.

So does RFK have a plan to get around the senate and put in place people who can fight for his vision?

Because if he can't he will have no chance of draining the swamp either. Just like Trump.

There is a better way, and so far RFK is kicking lots of goals from my point of view. In any movement there will be disagreements on particular issues. What matter is the central thrust. Integrity, intellectual capacity and an ability to explain your program to the voter.

Kennedy often pontificates rather than making arguments. An "argument" differs from a "pontification" in providing a reason for belief in it. What are Kennedy's arguments in regard to the public policies by which Americans should be governed?

Kennedy needs to prove he isn’t corrupted by Israel. He is obviously missing the truth on the public education system and its current purpose.

RFK jr needs to reach out to the Trump voters who realize that Trump is all BS and nothing else. We need to know if RFK Jr is going to continue the radical environmentalism practiced by the Democratic Party and if he can see how the FDA and CDV is captured by big pharma how can he not see how EPA has been captured by the environmental cartels. Without us RFK stands zero chance. I really like what I hear him say but we need to know if he is still a democratic liberal pretending to be a man for all of America.

The proposition that"Trump is all BS and nothing else" is refuted by the fact that under Trump's presidency we Americans had peace and prosperity.

Sorry to disagree but he is and has always been that bullshitter we all know. It’s served him well throughout his life but it’s also his weakness as evident by his failure in the COVID-19 response. And don’t give men the line he was lied to by Fauci et.Al. It’s the President job to have the wisdom to know who he could trust and it didn’t take us normal people very long to realize that Fauci is a lying piece of shit with the blood of millions on his hands. So why didn’t he sack the asshole as soon as he realized it and expose the lies Fauci continues to tell? I voted for him twice because he is vastly better than the witch or the idiot

There's a comment on Thom Hartmann's post about the SCOTUS 14th amendment arguments that lays out all the electoral vote details. Read the whole thing at https://hartmannreport.com/p/the-shameful-failure-of-yesterdays-11f/comment/49200057

"Going into the first Tuesday in November it takes 270 electoral votes to win.

Red states have 235

Blue states have 226

The swing states of 2020 are no longer swing states. Georgia and North Carolina, have enacted Voter suppression laws."...

"During his 2020 campaign, Trump crowed about his wealth and power – about how we would game the system in Washington. Instead, he got played by the system."

You mean he got played after the 2020 campaign, when he was NOT in office? What are you smoking, David?

I don't understand how a candidate that doesn't meet the requirements for the job can be on the ballot.
