Astute observations, thank you, if the current trends continue Marshal Law could be another option the Dems/Big Brother could deploy if it looks like they at the 11th hr. have no path to victory... attempt to postpone the election... anything but let Trump take office again.. or RFK Jr.. they would need to set the stage of course with operatives [CIA] and various useful idiots to create riots first.. across the nation...

We must be vigilant and Unifying... Kennedy can still win.. we can find the way..

I think your analysis sounds right. This is what the Dems will do.

Trump continues to live rent free in the minds of so many. As someone sorta-kinda involved in the real estate market, he must enjoy getting all that free space.

Meanwhile, Biden is almost done losing a war with Russia, but that isn't even being talked about by his opponents???

Perfectly said, and perfectly sad, Adam.

Fortunately, Jamie Raskin is a dolt. The Supreme Court ruling on the ability of Congress to prevent Trump from taking office based on the 14th amendment requires Congress to pass legislation specifically addressing section 3 of that amendment. The court will not allow the electoral college certification process to be used for that purpose. It was this part of the decision that inflamed the liberals and led to them writing a concurring opinion where they expressed their rage that the court had gone further than the case required. However, given the deranged tirade by Mr. Raskin, it appears that the decision was prescient. By including this in their ruling, they short circuited an obvious ploy that the Democrats were already planning. As the issue was bound to come up, it is certainly better that the court clarified it now rather than scrambling to do so after the votes have been counted.

I have to say - well written. Meanwhile, lost in the weeds are the critical issues of War, corruption democrat (and republican) leaders in the house and senate, immigration to change the voter base, unfunded universities that cannot attract enough students in a growing population, debt out of control, poor military morale where men do not enlist as they did in the past (due to poor leadership in the white house and the DEI rules in the military), drug companies and insurance companies sucking out the life of the middle class working man, and other issues rage on. Kennedy needs to think on how he influences this - carefully - meet with Musk - meet with Trump - try to win the Presidency - and if not - lay the groundwork to be part of the Trump agenda for what is important that he can work on. The smartest thing he can do at the moment is look at the key congressional races and start endorsing the Republican candidate to tip the balance in Congress. I hope Kennedy wins, but it is looking like it will be very difficult. I really want the issues he speaks about addressed after the election.

Musk just said he won't be making any donations to "either" candidate.
