Tuesday News Round Up – RFK Jr.’s Popularity with Young Voters and Independents Surges as He Challenges Big Pharma, Big Finance, and the Military-Industrial Complex
“My momentum is building. I’m beating President Biden and President Trump by ten points on average – people under age thirty-six. I’m beating them with independent voters, decisively. I’m in a better place now than any independent candidate for one hundred years.” – RFK Jr.
The reason Kennedy is so popular with young people and independent voters is because he speaks to issues they care about.
RFK Jr. takes on Big Pharma: “The first thing I’m going to do, day one, is I’m going to sign an Executive Order getting all the pharmaceutical ads off TV.”
RFK Jr.’s plan to remove pharmaceutical advertisements will send shock waves through the television networks and the pharmaceutical industry. Why? Kennedy explains here:
Removing pharmaceutical advertising will trigger massive changes in the television news business. Networks like CNN would no longer introduce their programs with “Erin Burnett is brought to you by Pfizer.” To make their network more dynamic and to attract other advertisers, CNN might have to report news and do investigative journalism again. Big Pharma would lose control over news content. They would have to invest more in drug research and to make products that really are safe and effective if they want us to consider using them. And we Americans will just have to go on with our lives free of animated walking bladders selling pharmaceuticals.
But, as the COVID vaccines advertisement says, “We can do this!”
RFK Jr. takes on the military-industrial complex:

Kennedy takes on Big Finance with his plan to boost middle-class home ownership:
This analysis of the current economy by David Stockman at the Brownstone Institute paints a disturbing picture about the working poor and the middle class: The Destruction of the American Middle Class | Brownstone Institute. This is exactly what RFK Jr. is talking about. “New figures show existing home sales at a record low. As President I will be 100% committed to cutting housing costs so young people too can have an ownership stake in America.” – RFK Jr.

New endorsement:
Announcement: RFK Jr. will hold a rally from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on December 13 at the Uptown Theater in Kansas City, Missouri – Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to hold rally in Kansas City | KCTV5.
“Normally, independent candidates pay companies millions of dollars to gather signatures,” Kennedy stated in a press release. “We’re taking a different route that starts with our thousands of volunteers in every state.”
Those who attend the rallies can add their signatures to the official petition to get Kennedy on the ballot.
American Values 2024 in the news: “A super PAC backing the independent presidential candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is planning to spend $10 million to $15 million to get Mr. Kennedy on the ballot in 10 states, a substantial effort that, even if partly successful, could heighten Democratic concerns about his potential to play the role of spoiler in 2024.” – R.F.K. Jr. Allies Say They’ll Spend Over $10 Million on Ballot Access | The New York Times.
The Democratic National Committee is “Saving Democracy” by canceling the Florida Presidential Primary. It is a good thing that Kennedy is now running as an independent. As he predicted, the DNC is rigging presidential primaries, and outrage is building – Dems Go FULL AUTHORITARIAN: Rig Florida Primary | Breaking Points.
Florida is the home state of former DNC chair and queen of presidential primary skullduggery, Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Think she had anything to do with this?
After shutting down the presidential primary process, the DNC is now going after independent and third-party candidates – Opponents of No Labels and other third-party presidential bids launch ads | The Washington Post. RFK Jr. responded beautifully – “The real threat to democracy is business as usual in Washington,” Kennedy said in a statement to The Washington Post responding to the ads. “Isn’t it a little ironic when Beltway insiders tell Americans that it’s dangerous to allow voters a choice?”
And while the DNC conspires to rig primaries, President Biden continues to twist in the wind, with bad economic policies and looming impeachment:
Frank Miele at RealClearPolitics writes that “voters don’t care about legislative victories; they care about their own families. And despite the best efforts of the left-wing media, American voters will see through the Potemkin presidency of Joe Biden just as surely as Xi Jinping saw through Gavin Newsom’s Disneyland version of San Francisco.” – The Potemkin Presidency of Joe Biden | RealClearPolitics.

We wrap with a focus on censorship. Please read Matt Taibbi’s excellent article about his recent congressional testimony: Not a Nothingburger: My Statement to Congress on Censorship | Racket News. Taibbi states, “The key question in censorship is always the same. Who’s doing it?”
Back in July, RFK Jr. explained that government-sponsored censorship is inconsistent with democracy: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. slams Democrats for bid ‘to censor a censorship hearing’ #shorts | New York Post
President John F. Kennedy said the same thing:
“If this nation is to be wise as well as strong, if we are to achieve our destiny, then we need more new ideas for more wise men reading more good books in more public libraries. These libraries should be open to all—except the censor. We must know all the facts and hear all the alternatives and listen to all the criticisms. Let us welcome controversial books and controversial authors. For the Bill of Rights is the guardian of our security as well as our liberty.”
There are deep roots in this campaign that remind us of what America is supposed to be and can be again.
