Thursday News Round Up – Volunteer Power Places RFK Jr. on the Presidential Ballot in Utah
“Thank you to our ground team and volunteers in Utah who pulled off an incredible achievement by collecting thousands of signatures in just one week to get me on the ballot in Utah!” – RFK Jr.
It is easy for me to write about RFK Jr. I believe he is a great man and I find him to be a compelling presidential candidate.
Most days, I have to decide what to leave out of the News Round Up. Kennedy typically does or says so many things that people should know about.
But equally compelling are the thousands of volunteers who are taking to the streets across the country to collect signatures and raise community awareness about Kennedy. These volunteers work in countless ways for the man they believe will revitalize America.
It is the volunteer army that RFK Jr. has recruited that that will drive this campaign to the White House.
Today, the volunteer army delivered Utah:
Beginning his remarks, Kennedy declared, “Utah has once again shown that it is the pioneer state,” as the Beehive State became the first state where he has achieved ballot access. Kennedy filed a suit against Lieutenant Governor Deidre Henderson over the deadline to gain access, which was January 8, 2024. After the suit was filed, Henderson announced that filings would be accepted through March 5, 2024. She said in a statement, “This decision has been made in the spirit of affording every reasonable opportunity for unaffiliated presidential candidates to participate in our general election.”
“I want to thank Lt. Gov. Henderson for cooperating and removing one of the unconstitutional barriers,” Kennedy said. “We were litigating this case at the same we were getting signatures.” – How did Robert F. Kennedy Jr. get on the ballot in Utah? | Deseret News

“Kennedy also said that if Trump remains off the ballot, it will make his supporters ‘angry and frustrated and justifiably so’ with the democratic process, at a press conference in Utah touting his place on the state’s ballot in November.” – RFK Jr. criticizes decisions to remove Trump from the ballot | Politico
Kennedy responded to an X post by @Watcher.Guru that said, “Sam Bankman-Fried donated $100 million in stolen customer funds to US politicians. Today, the US Government announced they’re dropping six charges against SBF and will not prosecute him for a political campaign finance violation.” Kennedy’s response: “No one is even surprised. Kennedy calls attention to the need to study the impact of SSRIs in violent behavior:
In the category of “Turns out RFK Jr. was right” is an article that actually says it – Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed his cousin was framed for murder. Turns out he was right | Fortune.
I suspect that stories like Fauci’s Ex-Boss Admits COVID Lockdowns Were ‘Another Mistake’ | State of the Union will soon join the category of “Turns out RFK Jr. was right.” Which ties perfectly into today’s recommended commentary: Tucker Carlson: Robert F. I am astounded again at the caliber of character that Bobby Kennedy has. I so appreciate his willingness to stand for those who have suffered injustice, many times outside his own trajectory as candidate but because he will not stand by and watch injustice handed down when he knows he can do something about it. God Bless you and Keep you and all your family safe, Bobby Kennedy.
Love the leadership qualities graphic at the end--so true. Great job getting on the ballot in Utah!
