Thursday News Round Up – RFK Jr. Listens to Americans to Develop Good Government Solutions, While Democrats and Republicans Fail to Govern
“Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seek to fix the blame for the past. Let us accept our own responsibility for the future.” – John F. Kennedy
RFK Jr.’s campaign is also a listening tour. A hallmark of Kennedy’s engagement with Americans is that he takes the time to listen to Americans. The following pieces demonstrate this strength.
Tiffany Cianci, a small-business owner, tells RFK Jr. “how a private equity firm destroyed her life and her business as part of its hostile takeover” – American Stories with RFK Jr. - Ep. 3: Small Business vs. Private Equity Goliaths | Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
“Independent candidate for President of the United States Robert F. Kennedy Jr. came to Cochise County on Tuesday not with the intention of giving answers or promising policy solutions, but to listen to the concerns of law enforcement, government, and business officials. And it didn’t take long for the nephew of President John F. Kennedy, and the son of his attorney general, Robert F. Kennedy Sr., to prove he was here to learn, not preach.” – Kennedy gets a crash course in the new Old West at Sierra Vista roundtable | My Herald Review

It seems that Tucker Carlson has unleashed a hornet’s nest of controversy by announcing that he will interview the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin:
RFK Jr. weighs in on the Carlson/Putin interview controversy:
The legacy media is attacking Tucker Carlson for interviewing Putin. Why? I recall Mike Wallace interviewing the Ayatollah Khomeini while Iran held Americans hostage. This is the kind of interview scoop that journalists used to take pride in. RFK Jr. comments on the fall of the legacy media:
Censorship follow-up: Once again, there was a good deal of attention focused on the Biden administration’s censorship apparatus – in the nontraditional media. The legacy media never addresses censorship:

Biden in free fall:
“So, people do care about the economy, but they also care about things ranging from the war raging in the Middle East to their overall perception of the president. The DNC needs to wake up and smell the coffee. This is not working, and the party is being unfair to the president and to the country.
We wrap with this informative video about what is going to be needed for Kennedy to gain ballot access:

Bobby Kennedy is by far the only legitimate choice for President based on merit: he understands the critical issues for our nation and our species and how to leverage the Presidency to address them.
Biden is out. What about the fatass Illinois Governor Pritzger? Give us a break. Health care? Agriculture? Constitutional governance? We don’t another clueless tool of the elite. Actually, he IS the elite.
A distant second is Trump. What about him?
Trump must repudiate the shots. He has zero credibility if he does not.
The explanation I have heard is that he must defend the shots to leave in place legal immunity bestowed by the PREP ACT.
This makes no sense to me. Even the Prep Act has a caveat regarding wilful wrongdoing that gives the law a haircut (as in the story of Samson). Trump may be the only person involved who actually has that alibi ... there was no willful wrongdoing on his part.
As Bobby Kennedy has pointed out: Trump’s instincts were right on lockdowns and HCQ. He had available plenty of contrarian advice that he was well aware of (Zelenko, McCullough, Kennedy, Atlas, Alexander, Bhattacharya) and was only hair’s breadth of bringing Kennedy into the administration. Was a lousy $1M (bus fare) from Pfizer the reason that did not happen? Orwas it intimidation? Recall the unexplained death of reporter Dan Olmstead. Was this the horse’s head in Trump’s bed?
Bottom line: Trump did not execute. What did he lack? Confidence? Courage? Maybe. But was it willful wrongdoing? No (IMO).
For everyone else the Prep Act veil has been punctured all to hell. They hide behind the skirts of the neutered but foaming at the mouth DOJ. Fauci like the others cites the most transparent and superficial casuistry … courtesy of his lawyers. For example “no one has died from the shots”. TECHNICALLY that was the argument when the FDA had declined to investigate. An eye roller … these people have no shame. Absurdities like this one have been used by the DOJ to take no action or else take frivolous action when it is politically motivated.
Can we find judges who would dare complain that good faith on the part of government employees and their suppliers was a PRESUMPTION by Congress in passing the tangle of statutes that confer immunity? Is criminality, when good faith is nowhere to be found, more than a layer of Saran Wrap below the surface? They see it, to be sure. But do they act? Not in the Brookes Jackson litigation. Not in the CMS mandate litigation, stayed by hero Doughty but reinstated by naïve Gibbons who took criminal Becerra at his worthless word. What did Biden say at the time? 750,000 “COVID” fatalities in our hospitals?
That brings us to the crematorium that has doors at both ends. One side is for death by the shots: 250,000 in 2021 alone. The other side is for $450,000 American corpses processed by hospital protocols … formerly live patients who reported to the ER expecting help. Perhaps 1M citizens were thusly EXTERMINATED. But no-one will talk about it. Not in Congress. Not MSM.
It is stultifying that Republicans avoided this topic in the run up to mid terms. The run-up (or run-down) to new depths of depravity in the current administration traces back to project Paperclip … the importation of bioweapon researchers from both Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan who visited unspeakable suffering on their victims … a medieval decoupling from any ethical restraint that was highly infectious even among American developers. Callous indifference to human suffering in the service of an abstract “cause” became fashionable when it was generously financed.
Most important thing we learned about Biden today is that he's not culpable for mishandling classified documents because he is too old and feebleminded to be responsible for his own behavior.
