Thursday News Round Up – RFK Jr. Fights a Pitched Battle to Get on the Ballot in All Fifty States
“I am running on peace, prosperity, freedom, and practical solutions. Not just to thwart the boogeyman.” – RFK Jr.
Kennedy files suit in Utah to give voters choice in November 2024:
“Now they’re trying to impose a Jan. 8 deadline, that disenfranchises voters,” RFK Jr. said. “They have a right constitutionally to have somebody on the ballot that they might want to vote for, and an early deadline truncates … the process to such an extent that it actually impairs the rights of voters in Utah.” – RFK Jr. sues Utah lieutenant governor over filing deadline for presidential candidates | KSL.com

Announcement of December 12 rally:
“Kennedy has scheduled a rally at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Royal Grove in Lincoln, 340 W. Cornhusker Hwy. Lincoln was one of the few Nebraska cities his father’s whistle-stop tour missed in 1968.” – RFK Jr. following in his father’s footsteps with Nebraska rally | Nebraska Examiner
On Fox’s Jesse Watters Primetime Tuesday night, RFK Jr. stated that he flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet on two occasions in the 1990s, years before the world knew that Epstein was a serial sex offender. On both trips, Kennedy was with his wife and children. He also called for complete disclosure of all the Epstein flight logs. Please watch the clip linked below:
Kennedy explained further on X: “In retrospect, maybe he was trying to curry favor by flying my family to our vacation (once Florida to visit my mom, once fossil-hunting in South Dakota). This was long before he became known as a sexual predator.… As President, I will make sure that everything that has been hidden will come to light.” – RFK Jr.
Other stories on this issue:
I thought it might be interesting to read some of the responses from Rising’s viewers:
“It’s so refreshing to have a candidate like RFK Jr who is upfront and honest. His integrity speaks for itself.”
“He is a truth teller. Not everyone on his plane was an offender. He wants it exposed, that should tell you who he is.”
“The fact he is willing to tell the truth makes me like him even more.”
“Every now and then Briahna’s brain breaks. Yes. ‘I was with my wife and children’ is a pretty compelling argument that he was not going to a brothel.”
“I flew with my family in 1993 but I shouldn’t have because of charges filed in 2006.”
Kennedy calls out President Biden for the crisis at the southern border:
Kennedy believes that the Biden administration’s border policies have triggered a humanitarian and national security crisis. He is not opposed to immigration and embraces our brothers and sisters of Latino origin. Please take 10 minutes and watch this video from RFK Jr.: “I like that he took the time to learn the language. That is very important to us.” – Latinos Con Kennedy: The Border & The Economy | RFK Jr.

We wrap with this clip from RFK Jr.’s interview with Bobby Lee on Tiger Belly:
RFK Jr. may have opened the door to a new era of American politics in which people running for higher office must show that they have the ability to engage in lengthy, in-depth conversations on a wide variety of issues. The era of the sound-bite campaigners who only agree to interviews where they control every aspect of the conversation may be coming to an end.
Thank God.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. may well go down in history as “The Podcast President.”

Stupid stupid decision to not go libertarian.
You're not serious about winning because now you gotta fight these legal battles to get on the ballot.
Sorry but don't ask me for money for this idiotic ballot initiative. Go ask those you bent the knee to.
We have Sooo many issues/problems here at home which NEEDS to be fixed! It is awful what is happening in Gaza. But we have to fix America! No one will help us if we do not do anything! It’s priorities I guess that is why he is quiet!
