RFK, Jr. had a setback in the California federal court where he sought a temporary restraining order against Google. The case will go forward but for now, Google – which runs YouTube – will continue to censor a presidential candidate’s speech because they are more loyal to the consensus of health experts than they are to the United States Constitution.
