Something’s rotten in Washington DC. As a US citizen this lack of protection for RFK Jr in comparison to the protection received by numerous candidates before him frustrates and saddens me. One gets the distinct impression that the lights are on but nobody’s home in the White House when a decent human being wanting to serve his country is faced with such discrimination yet still manifests the courage to move forward. Shame on you Mr Biden and the manipulators behind him. Shame on our country.

Why aren't we calling out the huge baked in conflict of interest in the way this procedure works?

Why does the president determine who gets secret service protection in the first place?

If that's the case, why not deny it for any opposition candidates on the other side?

It should not be something that depends on asking for graces from someone that can and in this case said "no".
