Monday News Round Up – Questions about President Biden’s Ability to Lead Become Louder as RFK Jr. Rises in the Polls
“You pay your taxes, you work hard, but the system does not work for you. As President, I will cut through the political theater we’re witnessing today. Washington, DC, needs a wrangler with grit who can really clean house. I’m up to the job.” – RFK Jr.
President Biden is under increasing scrutiny and criticism. Many are wondering aloud if he has the ability and even the stamina to lead the nation in these perilous times. Douglas MacKinnon published an important editorial in The Hill about this problem. This comment stood out to me: “It’s one thing when the issues of the day are identity politics; ‘green’ energy; organized looting; cashless bail; Trump’s legal exposure; political corruption; or who’s really in charge of the border, when having a president and vice president in power who even countless Democrats no longer have faith in. It’s quite another when the world is teetering on the edge of massive violent conflict or outright nuclear war and that leadership looks demonstrably lost and feeble.” – Leading Democrats need to go to the White House to ask Biden and Harris to step aside | The Hill. “We need a president who is actually ‘presidential.’”
MacKinnon is not the only voice pointing to the Biden problem:
Michael Goodwin – “The concern is not that Biden will forget how to deal with terrorists. It is that he never knew and refuses to learn.” – Joe Biden is not up for the Israel-Hamas war challenge | NY Post
Niall Stanage – “‘What the White House has not come to terms with is, next year’s election is going to be a referendum on the president – and right now he is losing that vote,’ the strategist said. ‘The fact that he is tied with a former president who faces 91 charges – and yet the White House does not seem to grasp that they have a fundamental reelection problem – is unbelievable,’ the frustrated strategist added.” – Democrats divided on Biden’s vulnerabilities for 2024 | The Hill
John Kass – “The world sees the spectacular weakness in Biden. There is no hiding it. And who is responsible? The Democrats who installed him to wreak his dreams upon the world.” – Joe Biden is Jimmy Carter 2.0 | John Kass News
Joshua Riddle – “During a press conference on Air Force One, President Joe Biden’s administration officials appeared nervous and anxious about what the president might say.… This incident draws parallels to Andrew Johnson’s drunken and incoherent speech during President Abraham Lincoln’s second inauguration.” – Terrified Admin Officials Pull Biden Away from Media | American Insider
Poll shows most Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of Israel-Hamas conflict | CBS News
In response to Biden’s handling of world crisis, Kennedy asks, “Is making weapons and blowing things up really going to make us more prosperous?” – Robert F. Kennedy Jr on X: “Is the middle class buying this?”
While Biden is reeling, RFK Jr. is rising in the polls – Harvard-Harris: Trump 41, Biden 34, Kennedy 21, West 3 – General Election: Trump vs. Biden vs. Kennedy vs. West | RealClearPolitics.
What follows are a series of articles in which different media outlets opine on RFK Jr.’s impact on their candidate:

No independent presidential candidate has ever polled over 20 percent, and the election is still over a year away. Kennedy already has more support than Ross Perot, the last significant independent candidate, had in 1992. RFK Jr. is making history.

The Associated Press continues to attack RFK Jr.: Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s years-old anti-vaxx conspiracy campaign has left a trail of damage. The mourning, and perplexed, parents of this 12-year-old are one example | AP via MarketWatch. As predicted last week, this is a coordinated PR campaign by the AP and its allies to punish Kennedy for questioning vaccine safety. In this article, the AP acknowledges that RFK Jr. has filed a lawsuit against AP and their allies – “The Trusted News Initiative” – for attacking and censoring Kennedy and independent journalists who report on vaccine safety issues.
The Associated Press is a compromised news source. The AP insists on promoting negative coverage against RFK Jr. while avoiding any coverage of the issue of excess deaths in countries that relied heavily on the COVID-19 vaccine. Is it the vaccines? We don’t know, because the legacy media refuses to ask tough questions and conduct fundamental basic journalism. Instead, they attack Kennedy.
Here is a quick sampling of news on that issue that the AP will not cover:

We wrap with this amazing message from RFK Jr. about his struggles with addiction, how he overcame it, and the work he does every day to keep himself in spiritual balance.
There was a time when political figures would deny having suffered addiction, as the stigma associated with addiction was so severe. But Kennedy looks you right in the eyes and tells you his story. Millions of Americans know how awful addiction is. For those who know this struggle, Kennedy’s words resonate.
I view RFK Jr. as a hero for being this honest, this direct, and this courageous. He would say that he is just doing his job. Here is My Story of Transformation | Team Kennedy.
“So, I urge all of you, to try to do something every day for somebody that you don’t like, and then don’t tell anybody about it.” – RFK Jr.

The choice is so clear. 22% is just the starting point. Kennedy will win a majority on election day.
The Evil One (CBS News) appears to have already disabled the link to RFK awesome polling numbers.
Like Sanders in 2016, if the Evil One(s) in MSM concede that Kennedy has 20%, you can safely assume it's at least 30....
