The captured FDA recently approved more covid vaccines, lab meats, genetically modified animals for food, Apeel on organic food produce UNLABELED , dairy cows injected with Bovaer, example: Zeal dairy products, UNLABELED and the list continues. The AG ? Corrupt. The EPA? Captured. Overall HHS makes one announcement of a positive achievement while the FDA quietly approves two more horrific means to undermine our health and the environment.
STOP and take responsibility for who and what your everyday choices support.
“Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets.” – W. Edwards Deming. People in power would have to want results that align with what the people they represent want. Powerful people want to remain powerful, however. And people want promises of quick and easy fixes to their health problems. Great article and looking forward to how these paradoxes are addressed.
Yes. The “Affordable Care Act” exacerbated this issue with wolves in sheep’s clothing such as the “Medical Loss Ratio” and the “Quality Rating System”. Ever wonder why medical costs increase faster than overall inflation? The genius of the industry-backed ACA provides your answers.
Beautifully stated. Yours is a most worthy project. As this becomes more widely understood, citizens may see the power that they already possess--not that one should think that there is anything easy about confronting a law of nature that underlies the successes of those who changed our beloved Constitution without firing a shot.
The FDA got to the point where they didn't even do the job they were being paid to do. They just said "Yes" to every financial backer in every area of under FDA's "control"
This is an excellent overview. I believe our federal bureaus need a complete overhaul, and particularly, the healthcare system itself. From the training of new docs to the structure of the system, it needs to be revamped. Patients are paying more for less. Don’t get me started on health insurance!!
Yes, but the problem existed long before any "regulatory agency". Read ROCKEFELLER MEDICINE MEN. "Healthcare" in the U.S. has always been a for-profit venture (though originally for the profit of the healer, if only enough to put food on that healer's table); while other countries were starting to look at how to provide healthcare to all their citizens, the plutocrats who run the US for their own fun-&-profit took over "healthcare" w/ a little help from their pals in gov't, and here we are. But we always were a country run by plutocrats, primarily for the benefit of plutocrats. A large % of the guys (all men, all white, many of them former colonial office-holders) at the Constitutional Convention OWNED SLAVES. They wrote a Constitution which certainly doesn't qualify as a contract, as it wasn't even binding on their direct heirs, much less anyone who wasn't there to vote on it. In it, they allowed only white men w/ enough property to vote, about 5% of the total population at that time. "We The People" was propaganda, to get lots of non-rich ppl to help in the fighting, as they knew they couldn't shake loose the Crown by themselves. In short, the U.S. has always been a plutocracy, run by people who have plenty of cash to buy whatever THEY want/need, regardless of whatever crap they dish out to the American public. (How do 3 branches of gov't ensure justice, when everyone in those 3 branches is rich?)
So of course we've got the sickest population (of any wealthy country)--that's what's profitable to our top 1%. Other countries are healthier because they preemptively tasked their gov't's with providing free healthcare to everyone, probably through adopting the UDHR, & how well that works for those countries is in direct proportion to how much they tax their bigwigs to fund it, & how much they limit their bigwigs from profiting from owning the healthcare cartel. In short, they incentize their bigwigs to keep everyone healthy, as that's cheaper than attempting to restore lost health. I bet that if OUR millionaires had to fund everyone's healthcare out of their own pockets, without being able to profit from owning the healthcare cartel & running it for their own profit, THEY would figure out how to keep everyone healthy, & they'd do it FAST. And I bet that if Congress weren't allowed to own one cent more than their poorest constituent, THEY would fix this problem FASTER.
VERY nice thinking. Of course what works the best (from a patient point of view) is cheap, because what survives generations since Adam or the billions of years of evolution is an organism that needs what is abundant. What is abundant is cheap.
This understanding could save the government a half a trillion dollars a year--but there is a catch. What happens to the pHarma workers, the medical doctors, etc. etc. who spent a LOT of time and money getting fancy degrees, thinking they would contribute to making people feel better?
The answer for buggy whip makers was they could just suffer while everyone else benefitted greatly from the automobile. Honest people paid the entire price. In England, the horse suppliers made laws that someone had to WALK next to a car to warn people, etc. which kept autos out of use for decades.
With better health, most people could do more pushups, suffer fewer sick days, lose the pain, and other wonderful effects--and a few people would pay all the price. Trump would say--that's unfair.
Sure, the medics MURDERED people over COVID, but the pressure was enormous. We need to help these people transition to real health care, and to other professions. Since the whole society will be more productive, a fair outcome would make them richer, too, in the long run.
I assign this problem to Elizabeth Warren, because she brought it up during RFK's confirmation hearings and because she is a democrat. They need something useful to do. This is compassionate, right up the alley of traditional Democrat Party. And America will be greater forever, without giving the R's all the credit.
"The watchdog becomes a lapdog." Perfect!

Great article, thank you, look forward to the continuation.
Much easier to own the gatekeeper than to obey the law.

Another important article breaking it all down that won't appear in the corporate owned media. The MAHA Report is crushing it!

Great article, as always you cut to the chase, and encourage the search for solutions.
