Friday News Round Up – RFK, Jr. Fights Censorship as Legacy Media Censors News on California Court Censorship Hearing.
“The number one lesson of democracy is that you never censor people.” – RFK, Jr.
We begin by reminding everyone that a hearing was held Wednesday before federal Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins on Kennedy's request for a temporary restraining order barring Google from censoring his speech on YouTube during his 2024 presidential bid. Kennedy filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court Northern District of California against Google, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary YouTube, LLC, last week. Two days ago, we identified two news stories on this important development:
These are still the only two news stories this headlines editor could find on the hearing - more evidence of censorship from Censorship Incorporated. Not to be deterred RFK, Jr. participated in an important Roundtable discussion hosted by Glenn Greenwald. Here are some clips from the interview:

Today’s negative coverage focused on the Kennedy Campaign’s decision to hire a Republican:

Democrats are going to have to start talking to and listening to Republicans and other people who think differently. Winning candidates win by expanding their base – not by hiding behind it.
President Biden continues to receive criticism for his slow response to the tragic Maui wildfire:

We wrap with the New York Times article on American Values 2024 co-founder, Tony Lyons, and his company, Skyhorse Publishing - What Alex Jones, Woody Allen and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Share - The New York Times – NY Times. The New York Times was once viewed by the left as a bastion of journalistic integrity and freedom of speech. However, as is their custom these days, the Times criticized Mr. Lyons for publishing books by authors whose voice they do not want to hear. The Times buried the lead here, when Mr. Lyons made an important statement described Skyhorse Publishing as being “a safety net for voices that would otherwise be cancelled.”
RFK, Jr. has published important, best-selling books with Skyhorse. Kennedy understands that the censorship regime of the Biden Whitehouse, left un-checked, will eventually expand to censoring books. RFK, Jr. and Tony Lyons stand in opposition to censorship and have endured criticism for doing so. George Orwell said, “If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” The New York Times should think about that.

Please sign this petition calling for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to hold presidential debates.
Paid for by American Values 2024 (307 W. 36th St., 11th floor, New York, NY 10018) and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
I live in Maui and the Dem officials hosting the daily news briefings (governor, mayor of Maui County) already started using DNC censorship tactics, with all the “that’s misinformation” or “you can’t trust news from the internet” yadda yadda yadda. Then a citizen released his video showing power lines touching grass and starting the fire, and the state and county officials were left holding their dicks.
This one is brilliant because they posted where it won’t be pulled or shadowbanned (TikTok):
