Job Description:
AV24 is looking for a talented, experienced writer to join The Honest Media team, our substack supporting an honest and critical critique of the mainstream media, with a focus on Big Tech, Big Gov and Big Media corruption. Journalism training and experience is a must. Preference for candidates who have experience writing about politics and have a background in investigative journalism.
Responsibilities:
• Write articles as assigned, for The Honest Media project substack.
• 9am - 5pm ET shift preferred.
• Reporting to Michael Kane.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
• Journalism training and experience writing about politics, preferring a background in investigative journalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including phone and editing skills
• Sound judgment, integrity, and respect for confidentiality are absolute requirements
• Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with all levels of co-workers, including assistants, staff, and senior management
